Dear sir
Complainant sent four notices to the accused. The accused received three notices in same address except one notice.
That notice endorsed not found in local residence. now the accused stands non receipt of notice

One legal problem.
Employer takes undated signed cheques from employee while giving the appiontmet .later on when employee leaves he fills the date amount in liue of notice pay and present in the bank and get bounced and after that filed the case in NI act under sec 138 and recovered the amount as desired by the employer.
My question is to wheather it is correct legally.
What is the protection of employee's.because of unemployment problems person gives the cheque and take job for bread and butter.
Secondly now a days this is become regular trend of employer .
How to get rid of this.
Could any one bring this problems to the finance ministry for relaxing NI act specifically where the employer and employee relations exists.
Requests all professional if they know some decided case in favour of employee ,pls let me know.

Lessee who has been in the possession of the shop for more than 12 years with the knowledge of the lessor.Now, lessor trying to enroach him out.But,he is refusing to vaccate the shop.what is the remedy I can seek now

When the part amount of the Cheque is received of Cheque on which 38 case is filed,such case will not sustain unless
cheque carry endorsement as per section 56 of NI Act 1881.This is a definite answer.

Sir I am an accident with two whiler and I am driving a car
The case is as per MV act running in court
The Frist the case is on judicial case
In that I am not in fault but some advocate are advised me to accept the crime and let the case shut
But with that this is some crime on me is proved so that I can not live as other civilization
So how do run this case in the
