i am Muslim man / married
after marriage she was with me .
second time we met she was with me .
she is telling me to wait for her yrs which i felt that i am being cheated by her.
1.)my wife is doing job in and i do want her to leave her job,
she i not listing to me and saying that she has job contact with her company.
and telling me to wait .
on this basis can i give takal to her.
2.) or should i marry again second time secretly to some other girl.
please help me with this regard ,

after marriage she was with me for 15 days.
second time we met she was with me for 01 month.
now her third vacation she did not came to my house and went straight to her parents house
she is telling me to wait for her 01 yrs which i felt that i am being cheated by her.

one year back. girl and witness father mother did FIR against me. I got the bail same day. there is no single evidence I follow her. she was in love with me and after turn betrayed me by cheating. she manipulated text which has no threat.
I tried to explain showed my messages police didn't listen even. and before charge sheet, they didn't ask my friends they were ready for b witness.
now the girl has been texting me since 1month Plz take initiative and call her family. she also gives me threat she will suicide. i feel to do NOC against her.? I don't trust that girl. I had call recording she called me said she accepted her all mistake.
Noc will help me? or after that girl, wil make more trouble ??
I think after NOC her family should know she is texting and they will talk.?

I am going to purchase agriculture land in rangareddy dist. owner had 800 plus acres . He declared ceiling land. from that 600 plus acres 38 E issued and 90 acres surplus land taken by Govt of AP. the balance 110 acres with him in various survey numbers. Land Reforms tribunal also mentioned the same in their proceedings. I enquired in MRO office and clarified it is patta land and those survey numbers are not appeared in "Prohibited property register"(22-A Register) . But in 110 acres there are illegal tenant . they also ready to move from there by taking some money.
My doubt is :- In sethwar , nature of land mentioned as "Sarkari land" and owner name appeared in "Khatedar name" column. Whereas in "Khasra" it is clearly mentioned "as "Patta Land" of all 800 acres survey number. Why difference ?
Can I move forward to buy that land . Is it govt land or Patta land ?. If it is Patta, why in sethwar mentioned as "Sarkari land".
When Khasra shows clearly as "Patta", can govt claim that is govt land in future?

Hello Sir/Madam,
I am currently looking towards importing fast moving consumer goods (non-perishable & non food based product). I have some questions on the packaging and labelling of the product:
I understand that every product should have the name and address of the importer, commodity generic name, quantity and weight in Standard International units, month and year of packaging and the manufacturer details.
My questions are:
1. Do I need any certification from any government agency for the packaging and labelling?
2. Is it mandatory to have the manufacture's details, like address or the country in which the product was manufactured?

I am working as Engineering head (regular employee- senior manager) with a reputed mnc company for 11 years in mumbai. I am 56 yeras old. I was planning to retire with this company.
I have got good connect with the senior management. There are some changes at my senior management level, new people joinning recently. I have been told to find a new juob at short notice.

What is the legal advise for me - the company can force such condition; if i accept what should be the compensation package eligible.

Sir, Actually my mother has brought a vacant land in Bangalore in 1995. All most 22 years land. Now we are trying to sell the land for Rs. 30,00,000/- to one of the party. My mother age is approx 55 - 60 years. The party is transferring the funds through RTGS to bank directly. Please inform whether we need to pay income tax. if my mother divides the property amount into 3 equal amount (son, daughter, parents) whether even we need to pay tax. tax.
