I am a landlord and there are many tenants in my commercial building. Many are occupants for more then 40 years.
None of them have increased the rent. Now the water tax and house tax which I pay for them is more then the rent received for most of the occupants. Can anyone help me out in standard rent enhancement and how to go about that in district court kanpur. Is there any provision under rent control act for the landlords in such cases.

Sir in quash petiton filed by me against domestic voilence case. My wife has change her residence. Therfore summons were received back. Can court stay proceedings if summons are not delieverd .how can i give summons if i dont knw her new address

I booked a flat a few months ago at near around 70 lakhs. Now due to some financial crisis I want to cancel the booking. What is the amount shall I get refund? Though there was nothing written about the refund status during booking?

I retired as Regional Manager of a bank and just seven days before date of retirement I was given a charge sheet of some negligence in loan cases pertaining to the period seven years back.Can they do so legally ?

I am a member of co-op hsg society.
Society Formed in april 2017, i paid maintenance on 20th july 2017 for all four months from april 2017.
Society chairman is demanding penalty rs 100 per month delay summing up to rs 1000
Calculation is as follows
April to july 400 rs
May to july 300 rs
June to july 200 rs
July rs 100 as i paid maintenance after 10th of the month.
He is saying i have to pay penalty as per society rule as others also have paid the same way.
He is threatening to not to give share certificate untill penalty is paid.
Pls guide.

Can I get passport if criminal case is pending but chargeshe
Dear sir/madam
I am selected in a firm that they want passport for joining formalities. I have criminal case on me( FIR filed before 2yrs and I got anticipatory bail.I is a fake rape case on me.from 2yrs no any court hearing happened.it is pending in police station only not in court)
So can I need a police NOC to make passport.because it is spoiing my career from last 2yrs.if company will do background police verification I loose my job so I want NOC .is any criteria to be safe in this type of situation? Is NOC is sufficient to save my job in future. What is the procedure to receive NOC ? Will it be issued from court or local Police station?
