My bank closed and released me no dues certificate on 25th july 2017
And
On 14th aug 2017 has marked lein on some amount from my account as closure charges for that limit
Is it legal in banking ?

My father held a benami land which was held before the benami prohibition act ie 1974 my father is dead property under our possesion the person in whose name proprety held has also died in records of right property still in the name of benameedar can we file a declaratory suit u/s 88/89 of Rajasthan tenancy act 1955 property within ceiling limits.

Hi,
I have been working in a company from last 6 months. On Aug 10, there was shot circuit in office due to which there was no power. Then we 4 girls were asked to go at owner's house to do work so I denied to go at his place and suggested to work from home or from cafe. These girls were also threatened by COO of the company when they also refuse to go at owner's house. He asked me to leave and do not worry for any work. The next day, Aug 11, he asked me to clean my desk and leave office. On asking for reason, he mentioned that I m not performing well. When asked for written PI or warning letter, he just walk away from the room and asked me to leave.
He forced me to resign and when I refused then he threatened me that he will terminate me. But still neither I resigned not I got termination letter.
Please advice what to do as this is purely intolerable

Dear Sir
We have registered private limited company in Vadodara; discussing for acquiring land which is agriculture land having new tenure. We would like to get sales deed agreement in the name of private limited company for setting up industry and then complete the process of paying premium; necessary NA permissions etc to start the construction.
Can you please guide......
1. Whether we can get sales deed registered of this new tenure land in the name of private limited company
2. Later apply for different permission; payment of premium etc.
Please suggest.

Is it required to go for rectification deed for changes in index 2 if original deed is correct or simple application to registrar office can make the changes in there record of index 2

Sir I have been working with Rajasthan state roadways transport corporation since 4 yrs.now I got selected for Rajasthan state service through proper channel n NOC granted bt now how can I protect my payment the way how to do it ...should I give resignation or relive if I should relieve then pls provide me circular or. Rule by which benefits can be taken

Hi my query is about understanding regarding the FL3 licence as I am having difficulty applying for it I'm basically trying to get the alcohol licence and wanted to know about the safety precautions regarding my premises. I wanted to read about the school premises being close... what is the minimum distance on maximum distance that the restaurant need to have in order to be completely clean in the eyes of law.. I have been trying to find Law/section of Maharashtra FL3 online which explains this, but was unable to find it on the Internet ... can anyone please share the information as to what section should I look up which will give me a good enough idea about this.
How far should the gate of the school be from the bar/ restaurant's gate?
And where is this law explained in the Indian law section?

Please let me know when cause of action arises and during what period(From & To) a complaint u/s 138 can be filed
in below cited case.
1.Notice Issued on 14.07.17
2.As per India Post Tracking System "Item Delivery Attempt Unclaimed" on 04.08.17
3. Envelop received by the addressee on 05.08.17
4. The payee intending to file case on 18.07.17 .Whether it will be premature?
5. What is the position/meaning of "Unclaimed" ?
6. whether Payee need to wait for 15 days before lodging Complaint?

I own a plot of land in Mumbai and wish to sell part of FSI available on the land.to Mr. X. What are the tax implication on sale of FSI?
Will it be better for me to construct a flat and sell the same to Mr. X/
