1)Principal creditor send me the legal notice for first appearance in court for money suit.
2) But,before the case comes to the court we both were settled the matter amicably and creditor has given his consent to withdraw the case.
3)Is it mandatory for the debtor to appear in court on first hearing.

A principal of property give registered and irrevocable GPA to B and unregistered agreement to sale and purchase to C in 1994. Then 2003 B give registered GPA to C.
Can B cancel the GPA of C?? If yes C is owner of property ?

I am gopal singh.Recently I have join as a Pharmacist in IIT college.I am B.Pharma graduate.They have notice for this job is 20000 per month only.But i read somewhere supreme court order for contract base job salary will same as permanent.Please suggest me.
They are providing only 20000 not any facility.My no is 7017042283

Dear sir;
My name is Alok Kumar in the civil court jamui (Bihar.) one man (named as Mahendra lal)filed a false case against me and my family court are take coagnigence in sections ipc 379 ,504,323.Before this case my sister is filed a case against him for dowery act ipc 498A,504,etc.in civil court nawada (bihar.) sir i want bail so that i safe from custody. What i do? In this type of case we all surender and then take bail either we move anticipary bail. Please guide me so that we are safe from custody.

A dafulter tenant has put a case of permanent injunction against eviction.
First 2 years landlord not appear , tenant get ex-party order
but there after tenant is not appearing 3 years in court.Case still is
not disposed.Now, Land lord appear , appeal court with genuine proof
of reason of his absence and appeal court to vacate the ex-party order and counter claim the eviction.
My question is counter claim to eviction is admissible in the case of
permanent injunction ?
Is there law that counter claim is not admissible ?
I am in a dilemma , one lawyers says counter claim admissible and some lawyer says
we need to file fresh eviction suit.
