Hello, My grandfather has some properties in his name and he was shared the properties to his all three sons earlier and wrote in stamp paper the same which is not registered, but all four peoples are signed. The concern is my grandfather was expired few years back and all properties in his name only and we want to change to his sons name. We having his death, legal heir certificates along with property shared stamp paper. Please suggest , how we can change the name and where I can contact for this.

DEAR Experts
I filed a case for specific performance of a contract in 2010 in the honorable Court of senior civil JUDGE (sub court)and the same is decreed by the honorable Court in my favour directing to me pay the balance CONSIDERATION and get the registration of the plot failing which get registration through court as per the procedure.
When I got decree in favour of me immediately I filed a caveat petition in the district court and the same is intimated to the defendants.
In the mean while the defendants preferred an appeal in the high court and I received notices from the high court.
My doubt is to all the experts with out appeal in the district court how the defendant can file an APPEAL before the high court.
Kindly advice on this for which the act of kindness I shall be greatful to.
I alsi filed an EP in the sub court for the process of executing registration and costs and the same is pending for disposal

If a person is working in a PVT ltd, Since 3 years, and no appointment letter is signed with the term of increasing the salary. Only attendance register is maintained. I want to know is there any rule of salary increment every year.

My mother executed and registered gift deed 2 years back in my favor for an DDA apartment can we mutually cancel the same using cancellation deed. It is mentioned in the gift deed that it is irrevocable, and no conditions attached.Will it attract 6% of property value as stamp duty?

1. I have completed Graduation and Masters using the signature which was shown in Graduation and Masters Examination Admit Card. Now I want to change my signature in Pan Card and want to apply for government jobs using new signature. So, I want to ask whether it is legal or illegal. I don't want to face any problem in future.
2. My mother's name in Father's Service(family Record), Aadhaar Card, PAN Card, Bank Account and in my all certificate is "Saroj Devi" and in my younger sister's certificate is "Saroj Singh". So, I want to ask whether it is legal or illegal, if it is illegal then how can I correct it?

Can a girl get a decree of annulment of marriage if she has been forced and blackmailed into marriage by her parents and she now has been married for 2 months and her husband has intercourse with her against her will and against her consent.
If not then can she get a decree of divorce if she has been subjected to mental trauma by her in laws where her privacy has been compromised (Her phone activity is restricted and is constantly checked and supervised by her husband and in laws constantly) and freedom to move freely has also been compromised where she is not let out alone and is followed or accompanied by some of her in laws at all times and she is being subjected to constant mental stress and trauma by forcing her into changing her name making her do household chores and other issues. If the husband does not give her divorce and she just wants a divorce and does not want any alimony or anything, she just wants to get out of that coerced life what are her options?
Girl is a muslim please help her in views of Muslim Laws and/or the Law of the Land.

Buying property from huf
We are planning to buy a property registered in the name of HUF, HUF Karta is going to sign the registry, is there a requirement for NOC from all coparcener and do they really need to sign as a witness in registry. What other documents should i take from them . This is not a ancestral property, its a society flat bought under HUF from builder.
