I belong to Kharwar caste which comes under schedule caste but only register in UP and bihar so my query is this, can i apply the caste certificate for Kharwar in delhi or not.
What will be the procedure to convert the land, if someone already constructed and set his complete industrial unit without conversion of land from agriculture to industrial.
Land is located in udaipur, Rajasthan. And in that area, conversion is also temporary closed for 90A.
Please give suggestions, how it will convert and what will be the conversion charges & penalty.

I am working as a law officer in MNC company. my company give car as reward after complete 5 years as job. also my company provide 150 ltr per month for petrol reimbursement after providing petrol bills. but my company employee given wrong invoices to claim above benefit.
as per my opinion and this is illegal act and penalty in income tax act.
