Sr when I was in final yr of my graduation I got a govt job (which needed only my H.S. not graduation )two months before my final examination .All my college classes were completed till then but for the exam i have only taken leave for exam purpose from school and in my monthly report which was submitted to the school inspector where my leave has shown correctly ,he accepted that so please tell me was this sufficient for validation of my degree course .can I use my degree certificate to get other jobs

How to apply for a rti from a private firm or educational

Can anyone help me in sharing sample draft of How to apply under RTI act from a private school? We need to get the information of his previous working status and current.
Can we request the court to file an RTI directly ? or shall we personally in personS can send a request under RTI act, do we need to talk help of a Sr advocate to send a letter under RTI. please help me in understanding the RTI process

Job - education department

Dear Sir,

This query and discussion is related to my Friend.

Matter:- My friend is Engineer and doing job in Pvt Job and been honest from past 10 years.

He recently got marriage 2.9 years ago with Highly profile / High society Girl who is qualified with MA + Bed + pHD study and doing job in education department since 3 years and was about to get confirmation.

She devoted her life in education since her college days and she is very known in some colleges.

Since they don't have baby and some health issues they are staying away from family (means Husband + Wife staying together) , due to which other family members are Jealous which has created bad impression while govnt inspection was done ( like Saying Family members are criminal , Wife is not supportive to family this all blunders has been said)

But they got good feedbacks from home before marriage , Schools , Husband offices.

But now govnt officials have now cancelled their appointment and confirmation only due to family background / bad words information which was said during inspection of govt officials.

So I just want is it right ..? or is there any clause that they cannot remove if she and her husband is innocent / hardworking/ honest in her work.

please reply and help me out.

IN OUR EMPLOYMENT WE COVER AROUND 40% OF SITE WORK WHICH IS SITUATED WITHIN AMBIT OF 500 KILOMETERS.

IF WE SEND A WORKER FOR SITE WORK APPROX 150 KMS FROM OUR FACTORY PREMISES.THEN WHAT SHALL BE PROVIDED BY THE COMPANY TO THE WORKER.

WHETHER THE TIME SPENT IN JOURNEY SHALL BE CALCULATED AS DUTY TIME?
IF YES THEN HOW IT WILL BE TREATED ( AS BASIC DUTY OR OVERTIME DUTY)

EX 1: ONE OF THE WORKER STARTED WORKING FROM 01/04/2010 AND WORKED FOR 110 DAYS FOR 2010-11,120 DAYS FOR 2011-12,135 DAYS FOR 2013-14,90 DAYS FOR 2014-15,212 DAYS IN 2015-16 ,291 DAYS IN 2016-17 AND 168 DAYS TILL DATE. WHAT IS THE COMPANYS LIABLITY FOR THIS EMPLOYEE IF THE INDUSTRY SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY.

EX 2: ONE OF THE WORKER STARTED WORKING FROM 01/07/2016 AND WORKED FOR 226 DAYS IN 2016-17 AND 168 DAYS TILL DATE. WHAT IS THE COMPANYS LIABLITY FOR THIS EMPLOYEE IF THE INDUSTRY SHUT DOWN PERMANENTLY. PLEASE SO BOTH THE CALCULATIONS SEPARATELY FOR ALL THE LIABILITIES.
