The redeveloper/builder have the commencement certifcate to start the redevelopment building project on which basses he is trying to sell his flat without registering with RERA. The consumer want to find out the fact of this site with Registrar but since not registered with RERA unable to trust the builder. Insuch case when.is the redeveloper/builder bound and must toregister With RERA
Does the redeveloper/builders comes under default and the penalty clause of RERA comes in force.

I am planing to buy a house from Mr. A. Mr A was given GPA by Mr Y( made a layout). The GPA was noted at a notary and not registered with the registrar. In 2004, Mr A made a registered sale dead on his wife's name. My concern : There is no date on the GPA, The GPA is not registered with the registrar Mr Y passed away in the year 2000. (sale dead by Mr A was done in 2004) What is the expert opinion? Can the property be purchase?

sir i have given a loan of rs 10 lakh to my relative in 2010 and he was giving confirmation for the same to me till 2013 and after 2013 his father died and i asked him to repay but he did not give me confirmation and repay.he gave me 16a form for ay 2015-16 in which he deducted tds and than i filed a civil suit for recovery .the following years he did not gave me any documents.now he is making a new stand that in fy 2016-17 he has given me diesel against the said amt by making fake vouchers of his firm and adjusting my loan amt with that diesel vouchers.can he do that.he is a petrol pump owner.what legal and tax remedy u would suggest .

I buy a land recentlly and got notice that the land saller had contract with one more person in 2011 and now that person filed a suit. in that sale agreement time is not mentioned after 6 six he filed the suit.and the agreement is also not registered and written on 2 rs stamp paper. Now i contacted the lawyer and they are asking huge money.i had nothing to do with case but i dnt know what to do can anybody help me

We had supari(Roka) of my younger brother in January 2016. It was decided to have the marriage done, after my marriage as this was a love marriage. It was agreed by bride's side. I got married in May 2017. After my marriage we started discussion on his marriage date and 23rd November was confirmed for engagement and marriage.The expenses to be beared by bride's party.
In September 2017, bride found an affair of my brother with his colleague. He had sexual intercourse with this girl. He confessed the same with bride. She also got some photos of them, but those are not inappropriate. When we came to know about this, my brother claimed he went on to wrong path due to possessive nature of bride. They earlier had some quarrels due to her nature. But they never brought this to either's parent's attention. She had tried to block his female friends on facebook using his credentials.After this incident, she checked messaged his female colleagues asking if he has any relationship with them. This has caused him a reputation damage in his office and now he is avoiding any contact with his female colleagues.
During our first meet with bride's side, it was decided to still get the marriage done in order to avoid any reputational /social damage to bride's party. Both were told to not bring the issue again future and both agreed.Still she brought up the issue after 2 days, due to which my brother requested to not have the marriage on 23rd November and instead give some time for their relationship to settle down.
This was not agreed by bride's side and instead they asked to have the marriage done on 3rd November. During our discussion my brother shot a video, of which we were totally unaware. The video shows a discussion wherein bride's parents confirm that they are having this marriage earlier despite being aware about the differences between the two. Unfortunately,he also shared the video with bride.
Upon coming to know about the video, bride's parents decided to cancel the marriage. They came to our home and asked us to give a note of marriage cancellation and said they need no money. Next day when we went to their town to settle things, they threatened us to write note of cancellation from our side instead of mutual agreement. They also threatened us to write that we were not threatened to write cancellation note. They did not even give us a chance to copy the note. After receiving the note, they immediately asked for Rs. 5 lakh as an expense. As the marriage has not happened such huge amount is not actually invested. We did not even had a single penny from them. Now they are threatening us of filing defamation case if we do not pay the amount in 2 days. Also they are not ready to negotiate the amount.
Kindly guide me on what can be legal implications if we are unable to pay the amount.
Is there anything we can do from our side as my brother is also suffering from mental stress due to the act of bride.
We do not have any proof of them threatening us to write down the note, however my brother is still ready to marry the bride if some time is given. However, truth is bride's side is the one who want to cancel the marriage.

In 2015, there was a quarrel between my family and a neighbour. We both filed cross case. In 2016, the neighbour attacked with weapon and I filed a new case against them u/s 307. During the passage of time, the neighbour tried and convinced us for compromise. The second case u/s 307 was finished in high court directly with compromise between two parties. Now in the first case which is a cross case, I have been asked by Govt lawyer that in the court we have to tell that there were no body wounded and it was just a mis understanding. Does this true? My lawyer also tells me that for cross case in the court, both parties should tell this. I don't want to tell lie that the matter was wrong. Yes, it is true that we now compromise for what happened earlier duebto involvement of our elders to compromise. Kindly guide whether in cross case, should we tell that what happened was wrong?

Hello,
My name is Pratik Shandilya from Mumbai and I am an Advocate at this moment. I am going to be a teacher and hence will surrender my SANAD (Lincense) to Mah & Goa Bar Council.
My query.
Can I legally write �Ex-Advocate� on my visiting card and newspaper advertisements?
I don�t find any impediment it doing it.
I will be into teaching of subjects like mathematics and completely detached from practise.
I believe, in writing �Ex- Advocate� as prefix before my name simple reveals my previous profession and it is allowed?
Please let me know panel experts. I will be also contacting Bar council in personal but still seeking advice here.

Online abuses and threats and stealing of personal details
Dear Experts,
I'm continuosly receiving threats, abuses and blackmailing on an online hindi newspaper website. I believe my original details have been stollen from my social media account and the possible cyber criminal is threating me that he will create a fake account on my name, using my all details and will abuse Politicians and Local police station by hacking my devices and stilling my original IP address.
I got his account blocked by taking help of news paper website admin but he again and again creating new account and threating.
Even in one instance he created account on my name and using my orignial picture and pasted my all details including my Residential address and phone number.
Please suggest what can I do to save myself from such cyber criminals?
Is it possible that someone can still my IP Address and abuse others by using my device??
