hi all,
I am a homemaker and now am doing homemade cum handmade soaps in COLD PROCESS METHOD. Gave few samples to my friends and relatives, the feedback was very good. And further i tested my soaps for TFM which was 86 %. Though am making soaps with house hold materials like stainless steel vessels and hand blender ( earlier used for cake baking) . Approached the health department in the city and i was directed to read the amendments for cosmetic acts. As said its COLD PROCESS there is no cause for environment since its zero waste product do i need any certificate from pollution control?
My question is:
1) i make only 50-60 soaps in a week with COLD PROCESS where the oils & lye are blended and left for saponification and left for curing for 45-60 days then made into pieces with the help of cutter a lengthy knife.
2) it hardly doesn't need any equipment or space as mentioned in the cosmetic act ( just for around 60 soaps).
3) as said it should need non-residential area, i can't afford a place in industrial estate.
4) what will happen if i sell my soaps through online without any such licence and pollution certificate.
5) shall i sell my soaps keeping it in front of my house does it require any trade licence ( i don't have such).
6) no smoke or waste water is released in this COLD PROCESS, so does it require pollution control certificate.
I also approached SSI but i did not get any clear idea and help. And now i have found many doing handmade soaps at home and selling it through online and in their own shops without licence. Till now no inspection has been gone to those shops. So, does the manufacturing licence is a must for making handmade soaps. Please need a clear idea and help. Is there any way to continue my soap making at home itself.

A person filed a criminal Revision Petition that is 498a bail conditions to remove.
Along with Petition he submitted written affidavit in that he said he had shared with his wife how corruption in India had made him suffer while stay in USA more than 8 years not only rewarded him with better prospects but also gave him good respect standing and good will and he declined to return to India, although he is a great Patriot.
What are the cases can lodge on him? He showed disrespect to Our Country and praising to USA. He had been getting benefits from Our Country even though he is blaming to our country.

Can a man fight for his own case in court without a lawyer ....?? If yes what is the procedure to apply...? Which law book i have to read..?

What can happen If I did not know about the summon about me issued by the court ?(As I have no connection with my house, so I live in a paying guest at other state).

I want to apply obc certificate but my grandfather land deed their has no titel mention so what prove should i show to apply for obc can i get cast letter from counciller please help me

My mothers father had built this house many years back. And his daughters came to stay with him after their marriage disputes before 2000. They made their respective rooms in that one structure with different voting card. ration card etc. 3 separate doors were made to show 3 separate houses with all different documents. BMC came for survey and checked the documents of all 3 houses. They took their thumb impression, photo etc and gave a copy of it with respective room numbers. The builder says we are eligible only for 1 room which is on my grandmothers name but that also they are delaying. Can we get 3 rooms according to the BMC survey photopass issued to us on JULY 2000.?? We took separate electricity after the year 2000. All the3 sisters including my mother have the documents before 2000 like Voting card, ration card. How can 3 families stay in one house. These people had been into case against the builder when he was not giving 3 rooms but they lost the case. So what do we do. Can we still get fight for 3 rooms.

sir, I am native of Atmakur Mandal, Nellore(Dt), Andhra Pradesh. But I am living in Badvel mandal of Kadapa(dt),Andhra Pradesh since 2000. I had teken Voter Id, Ration card and Aadhar card from Badvel Mandal. Now I want to get caste certificate to my daughter from the MRO of Badvel Mandal. But the MRo refused to give caste certificate to my daughter. He said 2 reasons not to give caste certificate.
1)You are native of Atmakur Mandal,Nellore(Dt),Andhra Pradesh so go through the MRO of Atmakur Mandal and get caste certificate from that mandal.
2)I am belongs BC-A caste(JANGAM). The MRO said that JANGAM caste is not assigned in the gazitte of Badvel mandal.so I am not giving you the caste certificate of JANGAM i.e.(BC-A) to you.
Now my doubt is how can I get caste certificate without have any id proof in my native mandal.i.e Atmakur Mandal of Nellore(Dt), Andhra Pradesh(voter id,ration card and aadhar card)
Since 17 years living citizen of Badvel Mandal can I have any right to get caste certificate from Badvel mandal of Kadapa(Dt) Andhra Pradesh.
I got birth certificate,aadhar card of my daughter from Kadapa(Dt).
So please tell me the solution how can I get caste certificate to my daughter.

I recently faced an issue with my online shopping with Amazon. I bought an electric kettle, which was shipped to me through delhivery Courier, and reached to my nearest hub in the morning of 12th October 2017, I got a message that my product was out for delivery I waited till end of day, but did not get the product. In the mid night got the status update delivery delayed on customers request that was annoying for me as I did not asked for it. Next day same thing repeated. Then I mailed Amazon what was happening, I am not asking for delay actually they are not talking with me. They replied to me for not to worry about it as they will take necessary action against courier.
But next day same thing repeated and I mailed again, got the reply for not to worry about it as they have passed my complaint to shipping department, but next day same thing repeated. I didn't mailed, this time I called customer service of courier, they told me that product is being delayed on your request, but I said I not asking for delay, your courier boys are not contacting me in any way, then they lodged a complaint against courier boy and gave me complaint number.
For the next two days samething happened, finally I called amazon and told everything and they said me do not worry your product will not be returned please give us time till 18th October but in the night got the status product undeliverable and being returned to seller, when I asked the reason they told me that while courier boy took the product out for delivery, it got damaged and that's why it's being returned.
I know my product was intentionally damaged by courier boy as I complained against him.
Here is my case please give me a legal advise.

sir, i am veterinary student
My friends was unable to attend the class in first year due to some problem. they want readmission in first year on medical ground but our DEAN & V.C not allowing them .since in back year readmission was valid on medical ground but now V.C is saying that was wrong procedure. (even administration not given us earlier a single notice about there rule.

What are the remedial measures so that we can defend ourselves against sec.304A. and quash the FIR. How can we rescue from the sec.304 & 304A . as the party was not rash and negligence.
