Myself Deepak Kapoor resident of west patel nager, New Delhi . I am currently reside on first floor a 200 sq yd plot builder floor.
I purchased this floor in 2010 and my purchase agreement states that i have one parking in the plot.
Now the owner on ground floor has sold to another person who is creating problems for me to park my car.
The logic given by the new ground floor owner is that he has the right to park the car in front of his house inside the 200 sq yd plot.
I also showed him my purchase agreement where it is mentioned that the first floor owner shall get one parking inside the compound.
But the ground floor owner has got his lawyer into this and the ground floor owner has stated that since there is no specific amount spent or mentioned in the my purchase agreement the parking is at the discretion of the ground floor owner who has all rights to park his cars in front of his house in the compound.
When i explained him that it is common area the lawyer mentioned that it is common only for people to walk and enter not park their cars
Plz guide me if there is any guidelines in Indian law that can be of help to me.

My parents passed away over a decade ago. My father passed away first and my mother also died two years later. MY sister and I are the only heirs. My father had a self acquired property in East Delhi. It has been mutated in my sister and my name. A lawyer recently advised us to go for a legal heir certificate also. On checking further, I was told that the legal heir certificate is called the surviving member certificate in Delhi and it is issued by the SDM of the area. Is this correct and should I apply for the surviving member certificate (the forms are available online) or are these two separate certificates?

३ नम्बर ने वेहचर करार २०११मे करके ये दो हिस्से किये थे ( उस वकत सब ने सहमत होके हस्ताक्षर किए थे )
EPF amount is credited to another's account
I m working with a reputed mnc company. i observed that from last 4.5 years my pf is credited to another's company left employee. It is totally company hr dept fault as while submitting pf they put wrong pf no. I found that another pf no is appearing in my payslip. I brought into notice to hr but they told me that that is also ur another pf no but when i checked with the help of an expert it is not mine. Now pls advice me how can i get this 4.5 years amount with interest back
