Plaintiff making a forged receipt filed a suit for possession and specific performance also applied for permanent injunction. I the defendant have the valid sale deed of the land. His injunction application was rejected by the Lower court and the appellate court. Now my question is whether I can file an injunction Suit against plaintiff in other court if so what will be its fate and what sections can I do so.
Plaintiff is in possession over the land but I have nowhere admitted his possession. How can I take possession from him which is with him for the last more than 25 years. Thank you.

Hello, My Uncle register our land on his own name without knowing us. We live in same building which that land occurs. We have fear he will tress passed on our land. Our house is on my name but they will may give difficulty to our children in future. We don't have trust on him. This land register on his name since from 27-28 year . previously it was on my grandfather name. Pls help us regarding this. I don't have much knowledge about this.

Please can anyone help me. I have been cheated by an investigative firm for 2 lakh rupees. I had approached them 2 years back regarding evidence against my wife who had eloped and secretly married. Now they have not done my work till date. Is there any way I can file suit. They are cheating many people of Mumbai city in this manner.

We ( suppose C ) buy a land in year 2009 from person A by doing registered documents and sale deed, in 2011 person B file case against we ( C) and A as A & B has done visar pavti in 2007 ..and there issue is going on ..we were totally unknown about that...
a) is there any law where missue of visar pavti can be prevented
b) is there any supreme Court judgement where ..he cannot file case against us means ( visar pavti person cannot file case against registered person )
Currently the case status is under preparation.

I have read the highcourt's copy of Hindu marriage act 1950, available as 4.pdf
The section 5 of the act consists of this line two times;
".....unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two"
What does it means

Sec 138 of n i act 1881
Hi Sir/Madam,
I have filed a Complaint U/s 138 of N I Act 1881. At the stage of Verification i have submitted the Original Cheques, Bank Memo, Legal Demand Notice before the Hon'ble Court. However the Copy of Agreement , Invoices and the Original Documents like the Rail Receipts are handed over to the Accused Party and Only Xerox Copies are maintained by the Complainant.
Now the Hon'ble Court insists i should produce the Originals at the Verification Stage itself.
Pls guide if there is any caselaw stating at the verification stage only Original Cheque and Original Legal Proof of Notice sent is only required.
