How to reopen the case after judgment

I filed an adultery case in Police Station, Hyderabad. I have the video recorded evidences to prove the case. I gave the CD which contains the recorded evidences to Public Prosecutor but he did not submit the same to the Court during last three hearings. Finally Judgment was pronounced and signed on 31st October 2017, and the accused got eligible for acquittal.

Now how can I submit the recorded evidences to the court.

is it possible to file a case in high court and high court can direct the lower court to consider the recorded evidences and dispose the Judgment.

Obc creamy layer status

Sir,
I, at the age 28 years; joined Govt. of India service as group-C employee and entered in Group-A service at the age of 44 years. I do not have any other source of income. My wife is a home maker.

I belongs to a caste which is listed in OBC List (Central and state, both lists).

I want to know, which criteria will decide my son's Creamy Layer status?
1. My Status
2. My Salary
3. Both
4. Anything else
