Last year I was caught smoking hookah in a bar. The police took me to police station entered my name and address in the register and made me sign a document and charged me ₹200 and left me I was not told to come to court or anything. There was not arrest. Now I am about to go to US and have to apply for passport and visa. My question is will this small issue show up as a criminal history in the government database ? I didn't know hookah was banned in mumbai. Will there be a problem in background checks when I apply for a job. I'm pretty worried I have learnt my lesson and have not smoked again.

I approached an advocate in a civil matter and explained my issue which i have been facing. Thereafter i paid 20000 to file civil case. But it has been one year, no case was filed and he says he need some more time to pursue with that matter. I want to complaint against him but dont know how and where. Guide m pls

I filed for divorce and after 1.5yrs I hv a divorce as xparty .now my wife as filed a 498against me In rajasthan. How do I go about it. If I produce the document for divorce it has 5000rs as maintainace mentioned. I do not wish to pay this. What is the ed advice on it

X is a tenant of a shop for past 55 years with an oral agreement with land lord, he has been payinh rent regularly. Now tenant nd landlord have mutually agreed to vacate the shop for a compensation, what is legality of such compensation? Is there any agreement which can be made?

I want a format of board resolution containing the matter that we are doing an agreement with a consultant who will help us to provide private equity funding and will receive 2 % processing fees & shares of the company if he will able in providing equity funding to company ....Please provide a suitable resolution with proper language.

i want to know how ill challenge the impugned order passed by Hon'able High Court DIVISION BENCH. Whether i ll file revision application / review application / Appeal before High court OR file appeal / SLP at Supreme Court .
And what is time limit to challenge the order passed by Division bench in criminal writ petition in which i was respondent party in person.

In a criminal case 307 happened in 2010
After that all 7 accused are attend in trailer for 6 years
But witness out of 8 witness only witness 1 complainant came and gave her statement that she dint saw the incident
Then witness 2 and 3 are victims
Where they got injuries which made then to do 6 stiches in arm and 4 stiches in leg
But police made ipc 307
What to do if rest of the witness and police are absent in trial
Is there any ex parte procedures in criminal case trial
