Hi,
Sir, I have purchased Ist floor with written rightsSof parking of vehicle inside the premises at Ground ,in a builder floor 3 years back. It was a plot of 100 sq yard and builder has build 3 complete flooors and a 2 room set at Ground floor whuch he sell to 4th owner.
Since 3 years , ground floor owner always had a quarrel with me regarding parking of my car. He wants me not to park my car inside the premises in the day time on any day , though it does not block his gate or his way. Moreover, in a week generally My car is taken out 6 days and only 1 or 2 day it remains at home. I take it out at 6 am amd comes at 11 pm daily.
I even cooperate that if he eash his cloth , i generally take my car out and park ot outside , but still he wants me not to park inside in day as he say it spoils his house look.
Plz suggest me what can i do , as he is debarring me ro use my rights . Moreover, there is no support for me from builder , though he knows everything.

2. blood relations, is there any tax liability and what papers/ formalities I need to keep ready. Do I need to mention them in tax return. I'm an officer in ESIC (central government).

A girl and her boyfriend is trying to mentally torture n pressurize me for money when I am not liable to pay any single penny to her and our money related give n take was settled up. She is trying to pressurize me by trying to disturb my friends and closed ones . Can I send her a notice that if she pokes me or my people again I'll take a legal action for that? And If she has any issues I am ready for all legal enquiries. Plz help me out. What can I do in this situation? (Give and take between us was in cash,but I can definitely prove that I don't owe her any money)

I have bought two adjacent flats. They are treated as two flats with two entrances, two electric meters, two agreements etc. One flat is owned by me with my wife as the joint owner and the other flat is owned by my wife with me as the joint owner. We have made a small opening about five feet in the brick wall connecting the two flats. The RCC construction has not been disturbed. The internal water and electricity connections have not been disturbed. The rest of the wall is intact. On taking possession, permission was sought from the builder to do this as the society had not been formed at that time. Is the opening legal and if not how do I regularize it. What are the relevant provisions of the law and Act dealing with this minor matter.

My friend has been forced into a marriage under pressure and also drugs him during marriage procedure by his own family 2 years ago..After that he started to live alone separately from his family..Now his so called wife gave birth to a son but since he does not have any physical intimacy with her after marriage..He doubts the child to be his..But his family is insisting that the child is his and also in birth certificate they got it registered which he disapproves...Now he want to get full rid of his family and that lady with baby..He got so fed up that now he wants to file a case against his family and that lady to prove the truth..Can it be annulment of marriage on the grounds of wife having a child from other person other than him..?

complaint under 376, boy promised to marry and had physical relationship, backed out from marriage , after fixing up marriage date, girl made huge expenditure for marriage of 18 lakhs, boy demanded 25 lakhs for marriage, after that girl tried to commit suicide consuming phenyl, she survived , but now she is critical and chances of survival is nil. boy filed ABA in High court, charge sheet is pending. Pls advise what will be impact if girl dies at this stage, What should be next course of action help girl to get justice, her life is spoiled, she is breathing her last. will man still get bail on the basis of consensual relationship. Boy also had few tola of gold which girl prepared for marriage
