Dear sir ,
My name is Rakesh Sethu NP . I am working with a laboratory where ethics is so poor but our boss is so clever to blame it on other . From past 2 years I am working as store executive but they also purchase job to me . Most important thing is our MD has given key to other person whom I suspect that has done some mismanagement. Even we have cctv camera toward the store . So recently while auditing they found some differences in the material . As always I was informing them that this is due to key which is with other person as they keep on taking advantage of the same . Now the management is blaming me for that and threatening me to pay for the difference . Please advise me what to do . Positive reply awaited from you

My Lovely wife stayed for 7 mnths at inlaws and went to parental home after 3 mnths there she put on crpc125 498A
She has done expartee in single hearing . She was given next date only for her arguments but we had put an applictn for breaking of expartee .
My questns :-
1. How to win the case when i dnt have her educatnl docs she is post grad , she ws workin at in laws with good salary
2. Can i take RCR back if she ask for sectn 24 and file divorce
3.i hv Taken stay on arrest

Respected Sir,
The outgoing committee has handedover co-operative housing societies documents to new elected committee and wants to display list of documents on the notice board for all members information. But the new committee is resisting and not allowing old committee to display it on notice board.
Please give your expert opinion whether act of old committee is permissible or not as per bye-laws and if so then what action needs to be initiate by the old committee.

After my parents passed away when i was 5 my uncle illegally took away my parents property and sold it as now im 24 and want to go ahead and get it back,but don;t know to go about with it.
Bit of legal advise needed so as to from where to start.

My father has purchased an agricultural land. My and my sister's name is to be added to this property. We four - 2 brothers and 2 sisters. My brothers' name are already added to my father's property which my father got from his father and hamara (both me and my sister)hak kami kar diya hai us land me se. Now he wishes to add our names to another land which he has bought on his own. Is that compulsory that to this property as well all the 4 names has to be added and then my brothers' will give hai kami OR we can add directly add two of us . My father wants that in his one property two brothers and in another two sisters, but my lawyer is saying that he has to add all four then remove two, but this property is bought by father he didn't get it from his father
Kindly let me know - is possible that only two of ours names are added instead of, all of us are added and then remove two

• Lady joins partnership firm via reconstitution deed.
• After she was married; made to retire in 1992
• But no retirement deed
• But lady did not interfere with work for 20 years – before/after retirement
• Form O submitted a few years later by company in 2013
• Also there exists a REGISTERED partition deed where she affirms she retired.
She filed a suit in 2017.
Now lady alleging;
1. I did not retire.
2. I didn’t sign any document.
3. I was told bits and pieces and was told I was still part of the firm.
4. Firm made me sign bogus documents.
Issues;
1. Can there be retirement by conduct.
2. Is a retirement deed necessary?

1)In 1987 my grandfather got court decree for 1 acre land. 2)1988 my grandfather implemented and mutation and got land passbooks&title deed. 3)Later my grandfather land give to my father . Later my father given to me.am cultivating that land . 4)In court 1987 My grandfather is plaintiff. Other person is defendant.Defendant person absent for Court 4 times in 1987.then court given decree.5)But In court decree and valakth defendant father name written wrongly example --defendant father is shivaiah but in court decree ramaiah is written.6) Both plaintiff and defendant is died right now.. Defendant sons are there persent. Defendant sons can appeal for Court ex-parti decree right now..

Hi expert,
I got exparte divorce after one year of marriage ..and she filed a 498a case on my entire family, we never asked any dowry . Now we applied bail for that
Now my question is I have one year baby boy ,that boy is with my ex wife , I have filed a child custody on local court , my problem is my wife has addiction disorder , she always in online fa and Twitter . She never taking care about my child , so how to convey this issue to court ? Is there any judgement related about that. I am so scared about my child future
