Foreign direct investment

Sir
I saju Mathews ,I had two brothers one is citizen in Canada another is residing at canada with PR (Indian citizen)
My father is 85 years old man .
My brother Canadian citizen send vide RTGS Rs. fifty Lakh to my father's name ( Account transfer) with that amount he purchased 5 acers of plantation in Kerala in his name documentation was over .Now my brother requesting my father to write a will for the above said property . All the transactions waew made in December 2017 .
1, If any legal problem/Questions/violation of any rules of India ? ( Plz give Rule and Section )
2,.How long he wait for preparing a will ?
3, The above said transactions were with the advice of my brother's advocate ?
4, The advice of my brother advocate is correct ?

I humble request me to give a detailed legal advice to my father he is suffering lungs problem taking oxygen for 24 hours .

Summon u/s 160 crpc

My sister received a summon this evening from Inspector of police guduvancherry police station chennai tamilnadu India. Stating that to present at the police station in the for enquiry on the summon u/s 160 crpc.
Does she has to present in police station or she shall directly go the court to check the enquiry.

Gram panchayat road

Dear sir/madam Gram panchayat people made road in my own property,but we didn't sign ,and they didn't give any compensation, my property comes under survey number not gramatana,almost I lost 4 guntas of valuable property,so1) how can recover my land back? 2) where can I complaint regarding this above matter? 3)is there any possibility of getting my property back? Pls help me sir

Transfer of flat to nominee in chs

Myself Abhishek Dubey, has some query regarding a property of my wife. This is a flat which was in my father in law,s name. He passed away last month & this flat was nominated in my wife’s name; with the NOC of all the other daughters. This NOC is notarised by all daughters, without any supporting of their address (adhar card & Pan card no). Now this property is going for redevelopment in a month’s time. The society has asked for a fresh NOC from all the other daughters, the new agreement will be with new area. Now these sisters have refused to come to Mumbai to give a fresh NOC .
I need to know wheather the transfer of the said property can be done attaching the old NOC which they gave 4 years back.

Tenant problem

Tenant has not paid rent several years.Land lord filed eviction suit last year .
After receiving summon , Tenant report a theft to police station.
Tenant , in his petition says that all payment receipt have been
theft.

My Question is
1)Will court consider such false claim as a valid claim ?
2)Can anyone claim anything was theft to police station without
document and such claim are legally valid ?
3)If the above answer is 'Yes' , please advice how to prove , their
claim is false ?

Marriage Related issues

Hi, please give me your valuable advice

I got married 2 years back, I have no child. Since starting my wife dominated me. She doesn't respect me and my family members. She uses abusive laungage. Many times she has beaten me. She threatens of police complaint. I have been totally mentally disturbed. Now me and my family doesn't want to keep her. She is trying to trap us in false 498a case. Also putting false allegations which have no base. No one in her family is read to talk. How can I get rid of her. Should I apply for divorce, how long it will run in court. So far no FIR has been registered from either side.

Sale deed - West boundary of the flat is mentioned incomplet

West boundary of my flat is open to sky and corridor. But it is mentioned has corridor in sale deed. will this cause any problem to me in future. Please suggest.

Understand effective 1/1/2016, an amendment was issued to then existing law enabling A Non Agriculturist can buy Agricultural land in Maharashtra

I like to know whether it is a fact ?

I AM A NON AGRICULTURIST AND IF IT IS TRUE !I LIKE TO BUY AGRICULTURAL LAND FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSE ( NOT FOR ANY NON-AGRICUlURAL PURPOSES) IN MAHARASHTRA

Notice U/S 160

I have longed my complaint in honourable court before a year ago, and the court has transferred the case u/s 156(3) to the concerned police station for investigation.
Before a month ago, I had received phone from concerned investigating officer (Head Constable) for to record my statement. ( Earlier they had called me for recording my statement and they do not record any statements but they talks about the case and after a hour they ask me to go. This was happened with me for 3 times.) As I received phone from their side, I asked him to summons me and then after only I will appear before you. I have not received any summons from their side. But they reported to SP that they had summonsed me u/s 160 of Cr.P.C. and the fact is that they are wrong.
Based on report submitted to SP, I Filed an application under the RTI Act to provide me information of Summons issued on me, and having my signature on it. But they had sent me their Office Copy having outward number, date etc. but they can't provide me Summons issued on me with my signature on it, as it is fact that they had not issued Summons on me. They have wrote me that Summons was sent by post.

Now my question is that (1) can they send or execute Summons u/s 160 of Cr.P.C. by ordinary post ? (2) does their matter stands a valid matter in the court ? (3) Can I make out any case against Police Officer ?

Please guide me in response to my above questions. and I will be highly thankful to all of you.
