Execution of lease deed

A leased out a property to B for 24 years. Said deed was duly registered. In the meantime both A & B expired during continuance of lease deed. Now whether a supplementary lease deed is to be executed between the legal heirs of A & B or no supplementary lease deed is to be executed as the legal heirs will automatically will step into the shoes of their deceased parents and the previous lease deed would continue.

Dishonoured cheque - bank not mentioning valid reason

I presented a cheque to my bank which has been dishonoured and the reason mentioned in the memo is eKYC await - present again.
As far as I have read, this reason is not mentioned in the list issued by R.B.I for returning the cheque and bank should have mentioned a more valid reason to return the cheque.
Also the sender of the cheque has corporate account so I dont think bank can freeze his account and return the cheque just because KYC is not updated.

Also Is it a valid reason (eKYC await - present again) to initiate legal proceedings against the person who gave me this cheque?

Handover of my share in property

There is a G+2 building registered as a common property with my name and my brother's name. In General+2 my brother lives in the first floor. I live in the second floor with my family. In the ground floor front portion is built as a shop. Back portion is two rooms in which tenants stay. My brother uses the shop in the front side of ground floor and pays very less rent. So I want to divide the shop into two parts by constructing a wall and take my part. But my brother refuses to build a wallm If I have to build wall and take my part how can I proceed legally ? Under whose direction can I build the wall

GRANTED LAND OR GENERAL LAND

Our grand grand father got some land by the way of granted land (dharakast) in 1931 and the same land auctioned by court for some reason in 1940-1941 and someone got that land in auction but before they got occupancy on that land our grand father\'s did some convince and taken the same land for rs 600 by the way of registration. So my question is , is this land is now treated as granted kand or general land?
