How can an agreement can be challanged as void in case of not have any property rights. If a comapny sale frenchise for a product in the name of XYZ, But in real acutal name of the product is ABC, without having in brand approval, can they make frenchise agreement for product in the name of XYZ, which is not have any approval. CAN THIS AGREEMENT GET CHALLNGED THE PRODUCT IS REQUIRE SOME APPROVAL TOO

Sir I filed a complaint under section 138 n.i act and I entered into compromise with accused and no written agreement was executed. Court ordered complaint was withdrawn as compromised. Now accused didn't repay the cheque amount/ installments in lieu of that cheque. Can I filed execution for recovery in that case.

If a complainant not appears on the called date in the cr.court for any valid reason and the case gets dismissed is there any provision to file restoration petition as per law.

In my Dv case lower court has ordered 7000 /pm and 5 lakhs (to be paid within 3 months i.e by 28.02.2018) as compensation for my wife. Two childs are resides with me. My take home sal is 20000. I have no issue with 7000/ pm. But I have no source to pay 5 lakhs. Even in court also my wife has not produced any evidence to prove my income other than salary. But court has ordered without considering my source of income. I have filed appeal but not yet received stay order. what will happen if not paid 5 lakhs within period. Pl guide me

I have been filed a W.P. (civil) in the supremecourt through by efiling.Later,the registry informed to cure the filing defects.I was not able to cure the defects in time.Then the defected matter is listed to in the last month 5th and an order has been passed by the court to comply with office report within 4 weeks to prosecute the respondents or otherwise the w.p,will be dismissed.My mail is disbled to refile the matter and I send the refiling matter to the registrar through by courrier. Is it accepted by the Registry of the refiling matter.Kindly,guideme reegarding the matter.

I�m marine engineer in merchant navy my wife is surgeon. We got married on 15 feb 2017. We had small disputes or misunderstanding but goin fine till oct end. I was in sailing. She had come to visit my home and parents as she works in another city. I forced her to find job near home so all can stay in vacation together. Again heat argument started but everything seemed okay. But suddenly I receive mail to time to face to face. I was in fear of losing o tried calling her through satellite phone and she didn�t reply. Reached port then got internet so Whatsaap msg again she didn�t reply. After frustration and anger of losing her I text fuck off bitch 2 or 3 times in text. But I asked apologies several time but she didn�t accept. I came to India on dec 7th and went to see her started with heat argument ended smoothly. She said to bring my parents on 10th. But on 10th it was again heated argument abt my parents and her. I asked apologies but she told come 17th she will give decision. Everyday after that I was apologiesing and asking for second chance. On 15th I receive a email and sent a register post that she and well wishers decided to divorce on mental cruelty and evidence is there feb 15 2018 and not meet her or family or colleagues if visit she will complain to police she as sent a letter to police . Even then me and my parents made several attempts to meet her she became incommunicado blocked all my and parents call. Asked her for family counselling in email no reply. Sent several mails no reply.
Now I have sent thru advocate that will apply for RCR in 15 days if she doesn�t allow for family discussion to sort out.
1) is whatsapp msg evidence that abused her and I have asked several apologies do court count that to.
2) any chances to save my wedlock

applied for trb job case and mark was awarded but after final hearing too magistrate postponded the case for 5 days but more than one month over judgement is not issued and no date is given about the case. How long a case can be postponed for judgement alone

Hi I am interested in starting a handmade body scrub and soap business with natural ingredients and essential oils for selling. I already have a GST registration. Pl let me make if I need to get any other registration under any othe regulation like Drug an Cosmetic Act etc. Is there any exemption for handmade manufacturing from such registration
