Our Public trust (caste) for the purpose of providing shelter and food during temple festivals and welfare of particular caste, was formed during early 1910's but was not registered till now. A property was purchased with contribution of many relatives and registered on Principal trustee of that period later he donated back to the trust and during 1930's.and registered with registrar. The house was converted as Marriage hall to avail for poor relatives at free of cost. and also providing shelter and food during temple festivals and welfare.
Few of the relatives also donated lands to the trust all these years. Trustees are choosen every 2 years at General body meeting by all the members of the trust.
Now we want to register the trust properly and attach all the property to it. How to go about it.

we have been running our firm for last 9 years and our competitors have been running their firm for last 5 years and now they want to include their firm into ours, hence i request you to kindly tell me the procedure under GST act on the closing stock
some are saying the entire closing stock of my competitors has to be written as sale to my firm and the we need to claim the same as input, is it correct?
some are saying, it will be a stock transfer since entire firm is going to merge into my firm, hence they are bringing their stock as their capital into our firm, hence it shall not be considered as sale,
hence please let me know the procedure and the method to be adopted for merging and stock valuation,

As earlier we complaint at police station on writing against land grabber who were trying to grab our land but police didnt taken actions against them and instead of applying criminal and land forgery act they only done chapter case and arranged bail on paper without arresting land grabber. After that we filled civil case and now it is on stay order stage.
My query is that we complaint using online complaint portal to PM Narendra Modi regarding the police actions and land grabbing case. The complaint came back to the police station where we complaint earlier and now the police is forcing us to give the statement. As our lawyer advised us to not to give any statement to police because the civil case is running at court. Hence we receive calls from police station and they are forcing us to give statement. We believe that if we give any statement it will affect to our civil case and we will not get the stay order.
1. So I want to know that can we refuse to give statement to police or can the police force to give statement ??
2. If I dont give statement can they come to our home to take statement forcefully ?
3. what actions can be taken in this case if police are forcing for statement and calling at police statement ??

I have filed SCA in Hon. Gujarat high court in the year 2015 vide ref SCA/9563/2015 regarding my termination after a prohibition case registered against me. Can I file review petition now as our quantum of punishment is highest against other officer who also were associated in the same case and got some minor punishment like stopping of increment and stepping down, while we 2 persons were terminated.
Would you please advice what should I do?
P.S. criminal case is still pending in lower court and dont know when it will end. The case is in order state since last one years.

We have a shop in a Mhada building which we were running since last 20 years and now we are planning to rent out the shop to third person. I understand as per mhada law we can give mhada flat on rent to third person with proper Leave and license agreement, however for shop not sure if we can give on rent with proper Leave and license agreement.
