Subject matter on information sought: It was informed through written statement by College authorities in Consumer complaint No..... (Please reproduce verbatim all the CA statements made by them)
Information solicited:
1.Please provide documents / data -the basis on which above statements are made in a consumer forum against the applicant.
2.Please provide the name of the concerned employee that drafted or agreed for the draft .
3.Please provide relevance of those personal allegations in Consumer complaint which was filed on deficiency of services as written statements gives wrong signals that Colelge need not provide services, if there are some other false allegations against the consumer.
4.Please provide certified copies of those remarks / office notes showing action taken on those complaints / allegations by college authorities till now.

Hello sir,
I have selected as asst loco pilot in railways in 2016. I have under gone medical standard A1 to clear medical exam.
After my appointment in the same year 2016, I got my knee injured on duty. I was operated for knee ligament correction.
I was fine.
Now when again I was put to work, I could not able to perform the pilot duties effectively, due to knee pain problems like climbing the engine repeatedly.
So can I request for alternative employment in railways.?
Or any procedure do I must carry out?
Any similar cases like me,?

I took a loan for my Education(B.tech) but after pass out i didn't get a job. My Family income is very Low and I recently got a job as a Trainee in private sector Company and my Monthly Income is 5000 only right now.
Today Got a call from the bank to repay the loan which is about 300000 and it is impossible for me to repay the loan right now but I willing to repay as soon as my salary increases. Is there any way legal way to get a interest relief from the bank or Extend the loan due date legally . Urgent help needed.....

Myself Vijaykumar in village my father save the money with Unregistered Chits Agents in village. In this chits 3 are the agents, the chits auction ended in 2012-13. They total amount receivable is Rs.105000/-. The 3 agents agreed to pay 35000/- each one orally. 2 agents paid as per their promise. But one of the agent given 9000/- out of 35000/-. Now he is saying that I don't have any responsibility, there is no evidence, I am not a agent and other bad words. Can you help me How I approach legally.

Hello sir,
Me & my husband both working in different PSU in an executive cadre from technical background. Where my husband posted in ranchi & I posted in Assam. I had applied for transfer but not yet received. The problem is that, my company has no office in the said station i.e. vice versa for him. Other than this, our company have offices in Kolkata but not having technical vacancies only having non-technical posts. Though , I’m ready to change my job nature .Due to this reason, my management not yet consider my request.
Please give me proper legal advice on which basis I apply for legal basis spouse background transfer.

Greetings to all Experts !!
I have made the whole payment ( Down payment + Loan ) for a new car but still haven't got the delivery of the car because
Car dealer was still not able to provide the TEMP/Permanent No. from RTO. I have already paid the complete RTO charges
to the Car dealer and have the Invoice for the same. Car dealer earlier tried to give the delivery by using the TRADE CERTIFICATE no.
instead of the Number from RTO. I was uncomfortable to take the CAR on ROAD just by displaying the TRADE CERTIFICATE No. of the Dealer.
Car is insured but without the RC number ( since its a new car ) and I have a INSURANCE COVER note only.
Every now and then I had been making calls to the Car dealer but they still giving same EXCUSES of delay from the RTO . I dont even know, have they applied in the RTO because we get the SMS from the RTO when they receive the application from the dealer for a new car in DELHI. My questions to experts are --
1> Since I have made the complete payment would it be SAFE to take the delivery on TRADE CERTIFICATE no. ?
2> Would I be able to get the damages from the INSURANCE company in case my car meets with the accident while driving it on a TRADE CERTIFICATE No. ?
3> What shall be the next course of action / or where can I compliant - that payment had already been done but Dealer still delaying it with the RTO Excuses. ?

Temperory injuction discharged - appeal ? validity?
Hi Lawyer,
We have had a family property dispute on boundary of the single private road which enters our home and we have got a temporary injunction before 4 months asking the opposition not to enter the disputed place. After various arguments in court, the opposition was able to remove / discharge the injunction. We wish to go for appeal now.
My worry is that, will the opposition will be able to put any survey stone in midst of our appeal in the court? even if the court grants another stay.. what about the changes the opposition will do in the mean time? will the changes be counted as existing or will it be recorded new?
Please advise.
