Education loan(collateral)- prior title deed not available

I have secured admission to a top university in the US to pursue Masters in the field of Computer Science. However, to support my education, I would be requiring a loan of 30L(half of the total course expenses). We are willing to provide our house as a collateral and we do have the original title deed document which attests that the property is legally under my father's name. Our house is built on an ancestral property handed down to my father from his father after partition. However, when I approached the bank, they're asking us to provide the prior title deed document, before partition, to attest that the land belonged to my grandfather. The partition happened 45+ years back and we do not have any original documents with us to attest that.
The bank is asking us to get a certified copy of the deed from the registrar but still informs us that the process may not assure the loan. Getting a certified copy can take more than a month and getting the loan sanctioned can take even longer.

Is a prior title deed of more than 45+ years really necessary? Is there any other way out?

Pre payment charges on cash credit account

I have an account with Oriental Bank Of Commerce with cash credit facility of 4.5 cr . In the sanction letter it is mentioned that prepayment charges of 2% will be charged one time in case of working capital loan is prepaid by the borrower for shifting to other bank / FI .
In this case my limit due date was for 26th April. I did not renew my limit and in advance gave a notice to the bank not to renew my limit because I will switch the bank. When today the other bank is ready to make payment of the used limit to my existing bank, OBC says that there is this clause and you need to pay the charges.
Please clarify the term of pre- payment in it. Right now they have stopped my DRAWING POWER.
So is it not wrong on the part of the bank to ask for charges. Kindly help me with the solution as I do not have to pay the pre payment charges

Review petition in high court Andhra

A case was filed against me and it was dismissed by Hobble High Court Andhra Pradesh.
The opposite party tried to file review petition. But I understand from internet that it has not been admitted.

I want to change my advocate to represent me once the review petition is admitted.

Till now No notice has come to me from high court regarding the review petition but my old advocate recieved petition copy from opposite party.

My query is

1) Will I get notice copy once the opposite party review petition is admitted

2) Do i need to file any counter before the high court before the review petition is admitted.
