Request for help from experts ,
I was given an advance to buy a land,at the time of registration only know about the Prior owners power of attorney is missing,
am living in kerala but the 2 POA are out of state . may i know about how i can get the copy of the POA,who can apply for getting the POA
2 POA is missing Details are given below.

I have query regarding my brother....
My brother got married last year june 2017.
After marriage her wife went to her parents home for completing her M.Tech.
But after few days she called my mother and said, my husband has tortured me phyiscally ,mentally and financially. And she didnt come back to in-laws home..After that she started spreading rumors about my brother that he did some unnatural activites with her and blaming my family for dowry and harrassment.
In dec 2017 my brother met with an accident, and for that reason she came back, and stayed with brother for 15-20 days and then again went to her parents home.
And again after she reached her parents home she started abusing and spreading rumors about my brother and family. And she filed a complaint in womens police station. After all such activities now she wants to come back to my brother and wants to stay with him and she blames that my mother is misguiding my brother about her and she blames us (sister and my mother) for all that has happened.. and now she is threatening that if my brother will not accept her again , she will launch petition under IPC 377 .
As now we are confused what should we do to save ourself.
Please help me to save my family.

I'm a citizen of Norway and I had transaction and paid to a Mumbai based service provider whose services I used for commercial purpose. That person did not provide services on time despite full payment.
1. My question is, how can I engage an Indian Lawyer without coming to India? The formalities pls
2. Can an Indian Lawyer send Legal Notice if I sign n send it by post or scanned mail?

I joined the company on 6th March, I was within training period of 3 months, I left the company after getting better opportunity on 30th April after dropping formal resignation letter, without resignation acceptance as my joining date in the MNC was very near. As on that day, HR and Admin people were on leave, I was not able to submit Company belongings like Laptop, ID cards and moreover I tried having a discussion within HR but HR avoided me(which I want to submit in avery short time, after a Hr discussion). So, Can the company have any legal action with me or try to influence my present employer regarding leaving without serving the notice period of 60 days(I was b/w the training period).?

Hello sir
I was pursuing my masters(MCA) and I took admission in the year 2016.After the completion of 3rd semester,I got job as bank po and now I have 3 more semesters left.I am clueless what to do now because many of my colleagues say that if I take extraordinary leave during probation period i.e 2years then my probation period might get extended and I may even face problem at the time of promotion.MCA certificate won't help me in any way because banking and MCA are completely two different streams.Help guide me

Inheritance of shares of the deceased
My cousin, his wife and their son were Indian Citizen but acquired British citizenship quite a long time ago. About 3 years ago his wife passed away in London. She had no property either in India or in London except some shares in an Indian company. She held it in her sole name and had not nominated any one . She died intestate. My cousin approached a competent London Authority and obtained a Succession Certificate in his name. With this paper he approached the Transfer Agents of the company for transfer of the shares to him. The Agents after a long delay refused to transfer the shares. They advised him to obtain a Court Order from an Indian Court. He can't do it as he resides in London and governed by UK Laws. He reached a state of impasse. What remedial action is available to him? Will be thankful for assitance
