I am going to file case against my inlaws as we are no more together staying from past2.5 years and my hunband having extra marital affair.please suggest.

If they have filed in the court, after making the payment also should i appear in the court, i am at chennai, they told that they are going to file case at bangalore, they told that if they filed case against me today, i should appear in police station tomorrow, otherwise they will instruct to chennai police to arrest me, is there any chance to do such things..

Hi this is praveen, i took loan from Cash E online app, the repayment way is online transfer only, i tried to repay but it shows some error, then stop trying to pay, i shared with the cash e also, then due to financial issues i could not able to pay further, now i received so many mail that they are going do legal proceedings, today some person called me and told that he is inspector of police from bangalore, cashe filed non bailable warrant against u, make the payment today itself otherwise u should be appear in bangalore police station for non payment case, i am asking 15 days time to pay but they are not ready to give,what i have to do now.. please suggest they way..?

Please advice on the small query -
Since I need to apply for Partnership PAN, i need to upload partnership deed, but this partnership deed doesn't have witness signatures.
Please advice do witness signature is important in partnership deed and will it be accepted by PAN authority if witness signature is not available on partnership deed.

My dad working in TNEB employee in the government sector and know he is not going office due to illness he is about age of 56 years so his dependent son is eligible to get job..
He retirement is 2020 may its any possible.

dear sir,
iam a defendent in the follwing case.The CNR number of the case is : APGU01-000890-2016.Actually on 26-04-2018 the case was reserved for judgement to 26-06-2018. But on the next date the judgement was given in the favor of the pliantif without hearing the arguments of the defendent.
Due to holidays in may it was not updated also.We came to know this on 03/06/2018.Can anyone suggest me what steps we need to take now?
