Hi Expert, We have land in my village and 7/12 is in my fathers/uncles name .It was on name of my grandfather till 2008 and after grandfathers death my father ,uncle and aunty name got registered. We were not cultivating the land because we were living in other area. When we came back to village few years back this land was litigated by some other farmers who has land nearby. And he showed some kharedi kaht document which stated that it was prepared in 1989 and registered in 2014 . There is no signature of my granfather instead there is thumb impression of him . 7/12 is still in our name but other farmers said he made kharedi khat on this land in 1989. Please suggest how to approach on this problem , what is expiry dateof kharedi khat ? how we can prevent to registered his name on 7/12 as we know he put wrong thump impression of grandfather ,uncle and my fathers signature too? My query is --- A family is residing as muslim in one state(andhrapradesh) and as a hindu in anotherstate(West bengal)..They are having two voter ID proof in both places.They filed 498A case in andhra with the help of muslim ID proofs and They filed maintenace case and IPC u/s 380/406 in westbengal with the help of hindu ID proofs..Somehow ..being a husband i collected their muslim ID proofs of family members. but i cannot collect their (hindu) westbengal ID proofs....How can i collect their id proofs in west bengal...Can i file RTI to MRO about this issue or is there any other alternative..Please suggest

Sir, My query is -- A family is residing as muslim in one state and as a hindu in west bengal.they are having two id proofs.By utlizing ID proofs of muslim they filed 498A case in andhrapradesh state and by using hindu ID proofs they filed crpc sec 125 and IPC u/s 380/406(which was squashed)..Now my doubt is how can i file anti-national activity on that family..Can i write a petition to MRO regarding this or Can i approach police station...I collected all family members muslim ID proofs in andhra pradesh and I got ony voter id's(west bengal -- hindu proof) of them...They are enjoying both the benefits..Please suggest me..waiting for your reply

We reside in an old pagdi system building.The building is 60 years old. Our landlord does not want to redevelop the building as he is the owner and the building is a pagdi system,he always gives excuses about his family problems and the various cases on building which might be false. We being the tenants in a pagdi system cannot even sell the property ,please give Ur opinions to help us out of the problem

in accident between two wheeler and ksrtc GVT bus, but two wheeler on spot death in his age 29 , he dont have driving licencs and vehical insurance not there and dependent are wife age(25) and on childe(5) and his mother(60) and father(65) but agriculture land 4 acre
for this how much compensation claim against to KSRTC(govt) and on what bases calculation

I rti to bhuj municipality for old map of city but they answer that it was seal by collector due to earthquake of 2001 so can't give information.so is seal document by collector can get under rti? What should do?

Dear Experts, Good evening.
There is a provision for online VISA to tour Malaysia for 15 days which is called eNTRI VISA. Accordingly applied for the same and got approved on 29.5.2018. Booked flight tickets on 30.5.2018 to Kaulalumpur by Srilankan Airlines. Srilankan Airlines flies to Colombo and from there Kaulalumpur. The journey was on 11.5.2018. On 10.5.2018 web check-in was done through Srilankan Airlines website. They asked so many questions for web check-in but did not ask about the VISA details. On 11.5.2018, five passengers who have eNTRI Malaysia VISA approached Srilankan Airlines to complete check-in process. The officials at the counter denied saying that eNTRI Malaysia VISA was dispensed with a week back and not valid. only E-VISA is valid to travel through Colombo. This was not asked at the time of web check in on 10.5.18 and also not alerted the passengers through SMS by Srilankan Airlines. The officials bluntly refused all the 5 passengers inspite of requests. The Srilankan Airlines gave a letter stating that they are not allowing the passengers as per their rules. On 11.5.2018 all these 5 passengers booked a direct flight in Air Asia airlines which costed them 115000 against 69000 of Srilankan Airlines since this booking was done a few weeks back. The passengers lost 115000 and also suffered mental stress as they had to attend an important function at Kualaumpur. Is there any recourse to claim this 115000 from Srilankan Airlines ? I request the experts to throw some light on this issue. thanks in advance.

hi I need an legal advice on how can I get back my merit documents and bank pass book and cheque book held by my relatives forcibly with them with a mean to capture me and torture me. I have got distinction in all semesters and all examination with my hard work and now the reward of that hard work my merits certificates and bank account with scholarship money are held with my relatives after being told by my parents. my relationship with my family are not good since I started planning my future according to my choice in fields like carrier, marriage and independent growth of mine. and I start raising my voice against them after being forced to their decision of stopping my education and my marriage plans to a boy at only age of 21. I need some legal advice to get my merit certificate back from my relative and I could look forward in my carrier with that reward I got for my hard work. please advice me an effective legal way.
