sir, brother got married last year, but unfortunetly he suffered by chicken pox within 3to 4 days afer marriage, due which cohabitation was not conducted , and the bride was adviced to keep away from grooms for 2to 3 month til the grooms gets well, but bride was misguided by her parents and relative due which there raised problems for family dispute,bride had left the matimonial home even after advisindg not to go back. councelling was done by elders and other relatives too..bride had approached ngo for women for divorce...and more over she trying to file dowery case on false agligation as there was no demand for money or other thing at marriage. camn i file a caveat or let me know any other remedy.

hello sir,
mera naam amit kumar hai.maine B.tech kiya hua h or av maine allahabad bank PO,bank of india clerk or madhya bihar gramin bank scale 1 officer qualify kiya hai.July month me meri joining hai tino me.
but dikkat ye hai ki sir mai bihar liquar act 53(A) and 47(A)me 15 days jail me rha or av bail pe hu or av 2 saal ho gye or mera case start nhi hua h.
sir aapse ye janana chahta hu ki meri bank me joining ho paegi ya mai bail pe hu is wajah se mujhe joining nahi mil paegi.
plz advise me sir, kya koi tarika hai jisse mujhe is case se chhutkara mil jaae ya kam se kam joining me koi dikkat na aae.plz help me sir,I will be very thankful for this.

If executed quantity of a particular item is 130% of scheduled Bill of quantities and all other conditions of 12.3 (a) (i) to (iv) are met should the new rates be applied as per conditions of the contract (Clause 12.3 of Fidic Red book, 1999) for entire executed quantity, 30% of quantity (exceeding BOQ quantity) or 120% quantity(exceeding the threshold value of 110%). Please convey your opinion

I'm a 29 yr old , Muslim and working woman. I was married in September 2015. My husband never took interest in physical relationship. As it was an arrange marriage,and he was of shy and reserve nature, i thought it will sort out with time.
But as the time passed, this lack of intimacy affected our marriage adversely. When confronted, he always blamed me or fought with me unnecessarily. Moreover, when this issue was raised with his parents and his parents asked him, he totally denied the fact and blamed me that its me who is lying. Gradually this matter came into notice of my parents and then again i was falsely blamed that I'm having affair with someone and not letting my husband touch me. Actually my husband never tried to solve the issue, never went for counseling or any medical treatment. I tried my best but suffered till 2017. I dont even know if he is impotent or he has done this to me willingly.
Finally, when nothing worked out, I decided to quit this marriage and filed divorce petition in the family court and also 498a case for cruelty. We are living separately since july 2017.
Now the problem is, he is not willing to divorce me. Counseling and mediation everything has been done. Its almost 1 year, and i want to end all this so that i can move on in life and think of remarriage. But courts hearings are just going on. He has not even submitted reply of my divorce notice yet and has been extended it for around 5 months now.
Kindly help me what can i do so that this marriage can be dissolved at the earliest. Medically I'm not sure if he is impotent.
How can i proceed further? I dont want any maintenance or alimony, just wanna end this all soon as the proceedings make me go into depression. Please help.

My neighbour was recently pass away due to tree fall on him when he ate a Panipuri at panipurivala near public road of Gujarat state. Is his legal heair eligible for compensation? Kindly suggest the legal remedies available to his legal heair of deceased under Gujarat state law or any compensation policy... thanks in advance

Hi, I am married for past 10years. Now my husband wants a divorce coz he thinks that we are not incompatible enough and we have a child who is 9 years and is been disturbed by all these things. I don't want a divorce. What do I do?? He plans to file a divorce.

my father (now deceased) has given right of passage to 4 people through my agricultural land through a stamp paper
over a decade or two ago which is now used for illegal sand mining in the nearby river.
The document is un-registered. Is it legally valid.

We have purchase estamp paper for Deed of Hypothecation. E-stamp paper amount is 2 lakh. estamp paper purchased for executing loan documents. Total loan amount is 10 cr, however in that there is different sub category of loan. Both bank and party is same.
As advised by bank, estamp paper was supposed to purchase as per sub catgory of loan ( 1 for loan amount of 5 cr, 2 for loan amount of 2 cr, 3 for loan amount of 1.80 cr and 4 for loan amount of 20 lakh). However we have taken estamp paper for total amount of 10 cr. Bank and all these loan customer name, date and place of execution is same.
Please advise,
Is there any process at SHCIL to take breakup of estamp paper ?
if not, can we execute one e-stamp paper for the total loan amount. Since the bank and customer name is same.

Affidavits notarization from another state
Hello Sir,
1. One of our relative need an affidavit regarding nominee name change in LIC in Delhi and he asked for getting the same drafted and notarized from Gurgaon. Is it permissible to notarize an affidavit from Gurgaon (i.e. different state) and submit it in Delhi.
2. Also kindly advise if it's not the case of nominee name change, and any other affidavit then is it valid to get an affidavit notarize from one state for use in another state.
