Dear Sir,
myself working with MNC, at Mumbai for more than 9 year, we got 1 month notice period in offer letter while leaving job willingly. jut now our HR get signed 1 page letter from us for 1 month termination clause replaced with 3 month. (
clause as "By either party hereto giving 3 (Three) month’ notice in writing or payment of salary in lieu of notice"
My query 1) it is officially correct to change termination period from 1 month to 3 month without consent to us 2) If i serve 1 month notice as per appointment can they hold my current month salary of one month & deduct 1 month equal charges from my PF,GRATUITY ,LTA MEDICAL ETC. or absolutely don't have any right to hold any dues if i serve 1 month notice

Pl advise
MCD (Delhi) in the recent sealing drive sealed a temporary cabin (made for security guard) in the stilt parking area. No notice was ever pasted on the sealed cabin or was served on us before sealing.
Now we have removed the security guard.
Can we ourselves demolish the sealed cabin and what are the formalities to be completed by us if any.

My step mom took loan against my brother's property on my dad's name. My brother is minor and my dad is only guardian of his property. We have one document from court where it is written that guardian can't do anything against that property till my brother turn 18. As my dad is suffering from cancer my step mom took advantage and took loan against that property. Is it possible to file case against my step mom

The government issued a GO alloting valuable government land in favour of a co-operative house building society on concessional rate. The same was challenged in the high court. The high court in its judgement directed the government to review the GO in consideration with fresh market value, eligebility of society members as per existing guidelines. Now what is the status of GO. Is it in force or not?

Recently I found a registered document in my home which was registreer in favour of my late father in the year 1947. Till now no other registered transactions took place. But now this land was in others possession without any valid legal documents. Can I mutate the document in my favour in the revenue records and get the possession?

My grandfather got neelami property measuring 14 kattha in bihar in the year 1935. We have the land certificate on stamp paper by court.
The land is in our possession. The mutation has not been done.
Am I still the owner of the property. Can the opposite party get the land certificate nullified. If the karamchari refuses to do mutation of property then what is the procedure.

Me and my wife separated last 6 years she lodged false allegation ipc 498a case now the case is on appeal. In this stage now i came to know my child Name Sivasekaran as per the birth certificate but after separation my wife deliberately changed the child's name Prasun she got aadhar card and she admit the same name also. Now i object her and against the law so pls give the legally action steps

Dear Advocates and Legal Experts:
I have filed a case for recovery of my insurance money through consumer court and I am fighting it without advocate myself only.
Matter is the insurance company which had to give money for my treatment where I was hurt badly in my leg has cleared only 50 percent of hospital bills. The hospital on the other hand has taken the money from my hand in advance and I am out of the hospital now. Now I have only bills in my hand. The insurance company has given a DD for Rs. 60000/= in name of hospital which is 50% of what they promised. The hospital has realised the DD and given me the same 60000 through their hospital cheque. Now as the insurance company did not pay rest of the amount till date I have filed consumer court case.
The judge does not allow me to talk to the opposite party vakil. He always tells you cannot talk to the opposite party vakil even when I wanted to give copy of additional bills I asked that person to wait in court he ran away hurriedly and next date he did not come and some other vakil came and told copy not given. I went to give copy. Judge told you talk here. You don’t talk there.
He telling if I allow you to talk I will talk till night. As if he has seen me talking and as if I am very talkative person.
I am putting this question here because I feel the judge is biased he never lets me talk, he always talks as if he is appointed by the opposite party. The opposite party vakil never opened his mouth even once from 1st date till today. All the talking the judge only does. He always negative affirms anything which I say. I feel he is doing job on behalf of the opposite party advocate.
My case is posted for arguments and till date the opposite vakil has not filed any arguments. I think after the opposite party vakil files written arguments next date will be for oral arguments.
Here I want to know following things: if the opposite party vakil does not file written arguments in next date, can I ask the judge to pass orders?
The judge wont allow me to talk. He will always say don’t talk. He wont let me explain anything at all. So what I did is whatever I could not explain orally I wrote down on paper and gave in writing as written arguments that was 200 pages. Nothing I wrote is out of context. I have explained in detail how the insurance company played with my feelings.
I feel the judge is corrupt. He is simply giving dates and is acting as if he is the representative of opposite party. I want to tell this to him. Shall I tell him that SIR YOU ARE ACTING AS IF YOU ARE THE OPPOSITE PARTY VAKIL. IF I tell like this what will happen?
Can the judge pass contempt proceedings even if it is consumer court? Whom to complain and what to do in this case please tell.
