Dear Lawyers,
I am badly in need of help with regard to one orphaned child (girl) 16 years old who had been raped 4 times for the last one year but the FIR was filed too late only few days ago. On humanitarian ground, I wanted to help her but I don't any money to engage a lawyer for her. What should i do in this case?

I want to know whether a man can legally compel his wife to contribute equal amount towards household expenses.In a marriage ,is a man legally bound to contribute some amount for his wife's maintenance even if she is earning?

Dear sir,
My son born in 2008 in hyderabad. During that time hyd is belongs to ap state.
We are now living in eluru in andra pradesh. Now i wany some correction in the name in his birth certificate, but state is divided and hyderabad is now in telangana..
So kindly suggest me the correct procedure to do the change in his birth certificate.

I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW IF MYSELF & MY WIFE IS LIABLE FOR A LOAN TAKEN BY MY BROTHER AND MOTHER FOR BUSINESS PURPOSE (PVT LTD CO.) FROM CO-OP BANK. THE LOAN WAS TAKEN BY PROVIDING MORTGAGE OF FAMILY PROPERTY AND GUARANTOR WAS A FREIND. CO-LATERAL SECURITY WAS GIVEN AS FRIENDS PROPERTY.
BANK FILED A RECOVERY CASE 3 YEARS AGO AND RECENTLY BANK WAS ABLE TO SELL THE FAMILY PROPERTY LESS THAN THE MARKET RATE AND RECOVER 75% OF THE LOAN AMOUNT. GURANTORS PROPERTY BANK IS STILL NOT SOLD BY BANK.
NOW MY MOTHER EXPIRED AND BANK HAS ISSUED ATTACHMENT NOTICE ON MY WIFE'S PROPERTY WHICH IS INHERITED FROM HER PARENTS AND IS IN THE NAME OF WIFE & HER SISTERS JOINTLY. EVENTOUGH I AM STAYING THEIR I AM NOT A LEGAL ENTITY OF THIS PROPERTY.
CAN THE BANK ATTACH MY WIFE'S PROPERTY FOR NO FAULT OF US? WE ARE NOT LIABLE IN ANY MANNER AND NO DOCUMENTS HAS BEEN SIGNED BY US OR GIVEN GUARANTEE FOR THE LOAN TAKEN BY MY BROTHER AND MOTHER. PLEASE COULD YOU HELP ON THIS TO SOLVE THIS ISSUE. I WOULD BE GRATEFUL FOR YOUR REPLY.

Recently ronika and manish case is going on in which the family court passes no cross order bcoz ronika n her lawyer were absent.
In criminal court the judge passes NBW to ronika bcoz she was absent.
Married on 10-10-15,
Petition filed by manish on 10-4-16. In family court .
Ronika declared unmarried status in election affidavit on 20-10-16.
Ronika futher filed w.s on 10-3-17.
My question
If to give more weightage to election affidavit then is it possible for ronikas lawyer to take again re-cross examination of manish on base of w.s which was filled in court after declared of election affidavit.

Dear All,
I was employed in an organization from 2nd May 2018. Prior to my selection when offer was proposed to me i was told my shift would be 09.30 to 18.00 hrs but when i was appointed i was being made to work for 12 hours from morning 9.00 to evening 21.00 due to this i was having health issues. And over and above that i was also told lies and was not properly briefed about the job profile at the time of interview.
I spoke to my manager regarding this but he bluntly told me if you wanna continue then do it otherwise leave the organization and go back to your previous office.
I became very sad and finally decided and SMSed my manager that i won't be reporting to work from tomorrow. He asked me to send a written resignation but i didn't do it.
After all this time yesterday i received a letter from them stating that i have to serve 45 days notice period or else pay 45 days salary to them and if not done so then they will take legal action against me and file a criminal suit.
Now i am going to be employed in a new company and i am worried that this thing will create a problem on my new employment.

Community certificate
In my Community certificate my caste name is prefixed with religion name. For example if my community name is xxx and religion is Hindu . In my community certificate the name appears like Hindu xxx. In the central list of exempted communities my caste name appears only as xxx without the prefix as Hindu.Let me know if I need to change the name in my community certificate to just xxx alone or is it fine at the current stage it self with Hindu xxx name to participate in PSU exams?
