NOW, WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO GET THEIR NAMES ENTERED ON THE 7/12 EXTRACT. THE BOUNDARIES ARE NOT DETERMINED. THE HEIRS ARE SATISFIED WITH THE COURT DECREE.
WHERE TO APPLY? OR HOW TO GET FINAL DECREE?

Our full and final settlement has not yet been made by the company. It's the habitual practice of that company. whoever demands strongly for the full and final settlement, they will threaten by sending legal notices. Further, the company will not support and fails the employee verification process for such employee.
Last time few employees have been tried to file a police complaint for the delay in salary for the period of almost 3 months. Then they've been terminated immediately and notices were sent to them as the company name and fame have been spoiled and demanded to pay 25 Lakhs to the company as compensation.
It's been more than a year. All employees are feared of getting involved in unnecessary disputes with the company. We all held non-managerial positions.
1. Please let us know whether it is possible to file Winding-Up petition for recovery of salaries under the Companies Act 2013?
2. If yes where to file High Court or National Company Law Tribunal?
3. How long will it take in Winding Up petition?
4. Please mention if there are any alternative processes for effective/speedy results such
(a) Labour complaint
(b) Writ Petition
(d) Criminal Complaint
(b) Civil / Summary Suits etc.

Hi Experts,
I am living in Pune, we are going to complete 2 years in society now it's time to take handover from builder.
Society is joint venture with builder and land owner.
We found after dept analysis, society land is in dispute, land owner put case on builder,
My question to experts did we take society handover from builder with legal dispute on land.
If we didn't then after 2 years builder with send it to government agency, If we take what should we take care as it's in dispute, what should be taken care in case landowner win the case.

I joined a multi-billion dollar BPO in 2015 and was in-charge of Tamil Nadu region. The deal in which i was working got rolled back and i was moved to redeployment pool. I got placed in a new deal and was continuing with my role. From this deal, i was moved into redeployment pool with the reason 'Excess resource' or 'Buffer Release'. However, another person at my level was appointed in place of me. If an employee is being released with the reason 'Buffer Release', can the company appoint another employee at the same level? Can this be challenged in the court?

Hi,
My query is related to annulment of forced marriage and looking for some guidance on legal side. This would take some time.
My gf had to marry a guy from his college on 20th Feb this year, who she had asked her parents for marriage 4 years back.
But later when I met with her, I liked her, she is one amazing selfless woman, I asked her out and after one year she said yes.
We were good together. But since her family would not allow me because I do not belong to their community(we both are Hindu).
She made a practical decision to go ahead with that marriage. I was not aware of this, she was scared to tell me thinking of how she would handle that situation of telling me all this.
She told me 45 days before the marriage, we both tried hard, but her family did not agree, I talked to the guy, but he also did not agree thinking of family disrespect.
Her family threatening her of not accepting her as them, giving emotional pressure of all that drama that they would kill themselves, they threatened me too. She choked up.
Now 4 months after marriage, she is in depression, has tried to kill herself twice. I am too worried, that what to do, because on her their is huge pressure, it is not an easy thing, her family still threatens her that she will have to stay in the marriage.
Her husband knows everything, we had told him, but his family does not about all this.
I am worried for her, what should not be done, there is this gut feeling, that this is not right, what is happening.
Any help, advice or suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks
Pan no not available during sale of property
A flat in Mumbai is jointly held by the mother and 2 adult daughters. The mother and elder daughter are NRIs holding PAN cards. The younger daughter has given up her Indian citizenship and is now a foreign passport holder.
The family is interested in selling the property. Since 1% TDS is applicable for sale of property valued above 50L how does one go about when there is no PAN card with one of the owners.
