Hello!
I am a girl and I just completed my graduation. I want to pursue my Masters in Australia. I want to go for a education loan because i want to finance my study myself. My dad is a rich business man owning huge properties. But he doesn't want to use his papers for my loan. (Because he loves his property more than his family). How can I convince him? Is there any law that could help me out?

After my father's death, my mother was to transfer the house in her name. We are two bothers and we both do not have any objection. Should she do Succession Certificate (letter of Administration) or should she do relinquishment deed.

Sir,
Matter under section 138 is pending in court against company .As there are 3 accused persons 1 and 2 accused are directors of the company accused no 3 is authorized signatory who had signed the cheque which was bounced .......however when cheque ws given and bounced that time accused no 2 has been resigned from directorship of company due to some reason.Hence can we filed discharge application on this ground . Please provide me necessary information for further action.

Hi Experts,
My friend has a mobile shop in a town, on 05 Jun 18 a man asked for data cable and at the same time he was showing some mobile sets to other customers the suddenly my friend noticed that that man stolen a mobile set and when he asked for checking then he threatened him and told to come back soon, after 30 min he came back with 2 other culprits with heavy wooden sticks and hit on my friend's head then my friend become unconscious then those 3 culprits damaged the shop counters and robbed mobile sets and money.
the situation has been described before local police and they lodged FIR u/s 34, 323, 427, 506 and not applied the relevant sections i.e. 307 and 390 for robbery.
My friend has 12 stiches on head and not any fracture
I am deep disappointing with police and don't know how to get the sections updated. please guide me

My father got farm of 4 acr from my grandfather after his death. This farm has self acquired property of my grandfather and my father has a live. So I would like to ask whether it is ancestral property or absolute property. Can my father make gift deed of such property to me?? my family include my father, me and five married sisters.Plesase give me suggestion.

Flat transfer fee
I have purachased flat in pune socty has forced me to pay rs 15600 as transfer fee and 40000 as devlopment charges since i was in urgency i have paid via cheque can society charge given charges how can i get refund
