Divorce for marriage which is not registered

Im a muslim women,2 years ago i was in relation with a hindu guy.but my parents threatened him and forcefully married me to another guy.this muslim guy also supported for forcing me in to marriage even after i told all the truths.but now i cant tolerate him.he is forcing me to have sex and travel to other places with him with out my desire.i dont want a life with him.how can i get divorce and live with my ex?and how to get legal protection from the threat of my family at the time of divorce.ex is not married.i havnt registered marriage under civil law,only religious ceremony was conducted

WHEN YOU DID NOT APPROACH THE POLICE WHEN YOUR LOVER WAS BEING THREATENED THEN HOW YOU EXPECT TO GET ANY LEGAL PROTECTION WITHOUT APPROACHING POLICE/COURT.

STILL MARRIAGE IS BINDING IT IS IMMATERIAL IF IT IS YET OT BE REGISTERED.
