We came to know about the site, of 167 yards in srinivas nagar of gosala, near simhachalam through a broker, the site is west facing, 300 meters distance from brts road and comes under corporation according to words of broker, he priced it at 32,000 per yard, and he is not giving the owner number and documentation for us to verify for lrc approval. What should we do

If somebody lodge a written complaint for abusive language on whtsapp and call what case can be filled? And if verbal settlement is done by both parties and police asks the person against whom complaint is done what he will have to say about settlement
Do he have to give a proof of settlement to police?

Madras HC has ordered for CBI enquiry to find out the fact of loss of 100 n more case bundles from retired justice Mr Mathivanan who retired in May 2017. My Crl. OP is also among one. My petition was allowed n disposed on 22.5.2017 by him. But still order not received more than a year. Hence I couldn't re enter into my govt job n get salary. My question is
1) How long time this enquiry will take place
2) Is my order questionable Until enquiry finished
3)If my case bundle not traceable what will be next move
4) How I should compensate this

I had worked in one of the reputed public sector bank for 4 years and 298 days being my joining date as 29.04.2013 and resignation on 20.02.2018. I had sent form-I to my HR department for claim of my gratuity but I have received a mail that my claim has been declined as per clause (ii) of Sub Rule (1) of Rule 8 of the Payment of Gratuity (Central) Rules, 1972 citing reason not completed 5 years of continuous service in the bank. Please guide me in this matter.

I have given 3lakhs as an advance to a person who is having a flat as his owner share in semi finished appartment. At the time of booking the flat is in final stage of completion. The plumbing work has not been completed. After a month when i visited the site to see the progress of work to my utter surprise I noticed the drinage work was designed from the inside of my bath room which is highly irregular. I afraid that any leakage from the top floor will spoil my bathroom. I objected for the same and decided to cancel my booking and informed to him. For refund of my advance money he is not showing any interest. Hence i have decided to file money recovery suite against him. As he is a stranger and i may not be in a position to recover the amount at the end in spite of the decree can i now along with the suit file a petition and insist for security deposit from the defendent in the court

My gf and I both majors from different religions decided to get married but her parents got to her before we could do so and in the court she told that since her parents have agreed to the marriage she's willing to go with them, but now they are keeping her under house arrest and have no intentions of getting us married. What can I do to get her back? Please suggest me some way.

Getting possession of my house
My wife and I own a flat in joint name. We live separately and she is occupying the said flat. We are thinking of divorce due to incompatibility. I have a lot of items in that flat which is mine and i didnt take at the time of leaving the house. Now her parents and family members have occupied the flat and they donot allow me to enter the flat and take my stuff. Can i get possession of 50% share by any means??
