Two months back I was forced into registering marriage. Although ceremonial marriage didn't happen fake invite card etc were submitted to register marriage under hindu act. I was emotionally disturbed and was under therapy at the time. I realised my mistake and consulted my family to solve this. Ever since the registration we have been living in seperate cities and the marriage is not consummated. Is it possible to annul the marriage?
How can I provide evidence that I was theatened and forced at that time? Does witness testimony (my flatmates) count? Also does therapy count as mentally disturbed? Plus is it possible to fight the case from the angle that ceremonial marriage never happened? Are these grounds enough for annulment? How long will it take and what is the process?

My ex-husband and ex-FIL have illegally taken my bank account details through a high profile CFO of private firm who is a valued customer in the bank. They are already accused in theft case for stealing my jewels. They are greedy for money and they have taken my bank account details and statement from a private bank. I have filed complaint to the bank and to RBI online.Under what sections can the ex-husband and FIL be booked along with the bank employee who illegally gave my statement.

Madam, Sir,
We had rented our place in Mumbai to a Academy to run their classes, for a year,they did not pay rent stating they are having losses and that all the rent would be paid after a year.
after passing of two years and no rent, we filed a recovery suit in the lower court in Mumbai that was ruled in our favour and the defendant was ordered by the court to pay the dues, the defendant said that he would pay the dues,but has not since date,its been 13 (thirteen) months.
we approached the higher court where our application was dismissed and was told to follow the order of the lower court.
we last heard that the accused defendant is hiding in Tamil nadu.
we cannot approach any higher court as they may dismiss it too.
can you tell me if we can pass an application in the same lower court (where the order was passed in our favour) asking for execution of the order after 13 months of passing the said order, can we ask the court to issue a arrest warrant aganist the accussed and cease his properties to recover the dues.
can i pass this application before another judge by filing this case afresh if i yet have any chance to execute this order.
kindly suggest a solution.
then i can appoint a senior lawyer on these points.

I have received the judgement copy and decree for the mutual divorce applied for, however i have received 3 copies and all of them are true copy, none of them is original. Where do i get the original copy of the decree ? Also in the decree it is just the order that marriage is dissolved and consent terms. Where do i get the original copies as it is stated that if original is not collected then it will be destroyed. ?

Is it mandatory for both the parties to be present in court on the day of decree to be given for contested divorce. Last day judge heard from both parties and both of the party agreed to all terms.
Due to time constraint last day i.e 29.06.2018, judge could not give the decree and given a next date of 26.07.2018.
On this 26.07.2018, is it necessary for both bride and groom party to be present?? Or the judge will give the decree if the lawyers of both parties be present??

I am working in an autonomous body under the Ministry of Shipping (Government of India). As per the recruitment rules of Programmer post, the essential qualification is Degree + PGDCA (Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Application). I have Degree + MCA (Masters in Computer Application).
PGDCA is a diploma in Computer Application and MCA is a Post Graduate Degree in Computer Application and hence it can consider as a higher qualification in the same stream. PGDCA normally comes as 1 year course while MCA took 3 year.
So I would like to know whether there any possibility for considered for promotion to the post of Programmer by considering the higher qualification of MCA other than the essential qualification mentioned in the RR. I would also like to know whether there any court orders/judgements which supports "Higher qualification".
