Dear All,
Can anybody explain whether Agreement to sell is mandatorily registrable.Also,buyer agreement need to be registered under registration act or not.

we r living in a house which was intially owned by my father's grandfather.den he left the house in my grandfather's name.my father expired in 1998.den my grandfather died in 2000.we knew he left no will.but suddenly last yr in 2008 my uncle gave us a notice which stated dat my grandfather left the house in his name only.my fathers were 4 brothers n 2 sisters.so is it possible.......4 my uncle 2 throw us out of the house,as now the house is in his name?

Respected Sirs/Ma'am
I hv made typographic mistake in affidavit which is already on the record of the Hon'ble Court. I hv written in the Affidavit that "all original documents r produced and marked as 3/1 to 3/40" instead of 31/1 to 31/40.( IT SHOUD BE 31/1 TO 31/40)
So from the abovementioned facts Can u tell me that can I submit application to ractify the mistake under Sec. 151 of CPC?

Dear Sir,
I am working in a chartered accountant firm as an accountant.
My office have two branch one is Rani Bagh Delhi & second is Punjabi Bagh Delhi, in both offices there is a 4-5 K.M. distance.
One day i was got for lunch for few time and my boss (CA) said to my coolick that pls, come in ranibagh office and take some cash for general expeses. he went by my byke (two wheeler) without of my permission and he have not any Driving Licence. at the time of returning with cash there was a misshappening in which my coolick dead in hospital within 24 hour's Know his parents demand for compansetation to me is there my liability or my boss liability.
Pls, clear as soon as posible and overcome to me from this problem i am very warry form this.

Sir,
I am an employee of a Company. I have been receiving bonus for the last two years or so.
If I resign from this Company from 1st June 2009,after giving one month notice in May 2009, kindly advice whether I am eligible for bonus for the year 2008-2009.

sir,
i have a taken a loan that from a co-operative bank, that i stand a guarantee to wife and , my wife is guarantee to me. loan amount granted was rupess 15,000 each which i s taken in the year 0f 2006 and my wife amount was paid upto rs. 10000/- and thereafter due to family and finfancial problem we were not able to pay the emi as per it and just 3 months back some two person from bank had come to recovery the money and i said i dont have any job with me know and you give me some months time which i will pay it, they started harassing an threatning us that they will take our all house itmes and caution if you wont pay in one week times but we could not arrange the amount and again the bank recovery people they all about 10 to 12 persons came on sunday morning and started asking us that are u going to close one account that is the amount of rs. 12000/- already we have paid 12000 and balance hase to be another 3000 plus about 3000 insterest. when we said know we dont have anything with us and i told them also earlier itself to give 2 to 3 months time they said we cannot give any time one on the person order aad taken the itmes one by one and i will keep writing it and then i said you cannot do like that and show me the court orders he took out the order of 2006/2007 which of some co-operative bank court order. sir, please let me they have got any right without any court orders or anything about it and i wanted to know is ther any separate court for this banks or else anything other. sir please help me out in this regard and please suggest me and let me know that this bank people are just harassing it. before to this than i started calling my advocate but being sunday i was getting unreachazble or swithched off of the 3 to 4 advocate. when i started this, the nothing will if you call any lawer and said i will be giving you time upto 31/03/2009, if you i default then they said going auction and going to take all the things in the house about that value. please confirm me

why govt vehicles are not mandotary for insurance.it is in some particular state or in every state.
