Hi Team,
I Took a token of Rs. 1 lakh for selling my property in mumbai few months back and no agreement was made for the same, it was just cheque payment. But due to misbehaviour of the agent the buyer cancelled the deal because of which i took the papers from him and now he says that the deal was cancelled from my side.
The token money which i took, i invested in another property and no agreement was made. Now since this deal was cancelled i had to cancel my deal in another property.
The buyer is demanding full money back. So i contacted the another person to whom i paid the token amount. Now the other guy is refusing to give my money back.
What can i do in this situation? Please help me.

i filed case in CAT Principal Bench Delhi, it has given judgment on 22.03.2018 but UPSC is not implementing it. I want to file Contempt in CAT hyderabad as am now staying hyderabad. Is it possible?

My grandfather have 4 son ( my father and 3 uncle) and 3 daughter whos marriage already done. In 1980 residential house of 5000 sq.feet purchased on my grandmother name where all our family lived jointly. My grandmother made WILL in 1997 and this property was given on the name of all 4 son( my father and 3 uncle) and on 2002 when my grandmother deceased the names of 4 son put on property card as per WILL document.
We have some shops and certain other properties so by our all family member requests,
on 2008 Family Settlement cum Arbitration Award made by our castes reputed samaj panch(arbitrator) in which this WILL property also included. In this family settlement the above property come though WILL is once again given to same people i.e. my father and 3 uncle jointly whose name this WILL was made.
One of my uncle (father brother) filed suit to cancel/set aside the family settlement award. On filed suit main/first page heading it is written as Arbitration concillation act 1996 section 34(2).
During this pending suit on 2011 my other 2 uncle sold there undivided half share to stranger person in this property without intimating and award suit is already pending. We sent notice to stranger person that we are ready to purchase the sold half share and got stay order from court. In 2014 stranger purchaser filed partition suit in which we(my father and uncle who filed award cancellation suit) defend to the court that we are ready to purchase sold property. We said the court property sold during family setllemnt award is still pending using hindu law (hindu succession act).
Nowi n current month July 2018 my uncle won there suit for cancel/set aside the family settlement award and now this family setllement cancelled.
My query is:
1) Is there any rule/ law/principle which says at the time property sold the property is joint family
property? So even if the family settlement is cancelled it is joint hindu family.
2)What is the nature/position of our above propery which initially come through by WILL from
my grandmother but later it was come under family settlemt award of joint family property and
now in July 2018 this family settlemt award is set aside/cancelled?

IPC section 309 decriminalized or not. If decriminalized then need GR or amendment bill.

Two wheeler loan

Sir I have taken a two wheeler loan in the year 2017 July 12... Total emi are 23...n I paid 10 installments out of 12 emissions..but one installment is missed for the past 5 months..banks agents calling ..and I said I pay the missed emi with next month emi...n explained my problem...but they are not considering. And 1emi is missed for the past 20 days... .....what is u r advice sir...

Wife may continue to use her maiden name if she has not changed it officially after marriage, if wife has changed her name after marriage and also changed her name in official document such as Aadhar card. Can wife legally change her maiden name after marriage which is officially updated on official documents

I have appointed for one year training period from 01-09-2007 & I have confirmed from 01-09-2008.In training period company had didcuted my PF,ESI & also same amount deposited to concerned govt.authority.in training offer letter they said you will get stipend after confirmation they said salary.My PF NO.is same from training period ,so what is date of joining for co.PF & Gratuity?

Right to privacy
Government has put me under surveillance for reasons known only to them.
I filed RTI with home ministry to know the reason but they used mayajaal of bureaucracy to turn away from the query.
I even filed a police complaint but I had to withdraw the complain because of lack of evidence.
I am being subjected to all sorts of abuses by these self-righteous overdogs. They seem to be suggesting to me that they have some sort of right over me, my privacy and my way of life because they have won some election.
I wanted to know whether I can file petition with Supreme Court to restore my rights and will it be costly?
