Dear friend
Kindly clear that whether title deed pertaining to agricultual land can be given to the bank for creating equitable mortgage. Moreover can a certificate from the Collector or Circle Officer to the effect of non agricultural use be ssufficient for giving agricultual land for the purpose of Equitable Mortgage.

I would like to know that, how to calculate stamp duty on different types of mortgage deed which is specifically executed in the region of Mumbai and its suburbs. I mean to say what are the different rates to calculate the same ?

In a Case --- 'A' having 3 sons, in the yr 1998 one sons seperated one son 'B' at that time 'A' give him field properties and the patition deed is executed in between 'A' and that son 'B'.
Now 'A' and his rest of the tow sons demolished that house property and built a class one commerial complex. and partitioned the shops amongst the children of those two sons equally.
In such event whether the son of the 'B' or 'B' himself filed suit for partition in the rest of the property.

hello all learned experts
i have handled many cases of the theft and got to my client equittal on the base of the identification parade and generally such types cases where any mudamal valuables gets from the suspious and after interrogation of police it is disclosed the goods of theft and then police inform the victim and victim become the complaiant now in the same case i can aquittal to the accussed but the ssection 103 of evidance act presumption is lies so what i have to do for the escape from the said section also provid judgement without the identification parade conviction can not be placed thanks
