Dear Sir / Ma'am
Greetings!
I purchased a flat from Mr A who purchased a land from Mr B and got the power of attorney done. when i purchased i got the registry done from GDA, now i have further sold my flat to Mr C. He applied for a hoam loan but unfortunately his loan got rejected on the grounds that either Mr B would have singned on my registry as wittness or he should sign now when the flat buyer will get the registry done just bcoz Mr A got the attorney done when purchased orginally not the registry. The argument with the bank is that they want to check if Mr B is alive or not else as per bank my registry is not valid. Plz reply at the earliest

Hi,
My girl Friend committed suicide on 14/11/2004 in Delhi at her parent's house.
At that time I was in my hometown.
After her death her parents gave first statement to Police that because she failed in some exam she committed suicide.
After 6 months they raise a FIR against me saying that she committed suicide because of me.
Main evidences are:
1) She wrote a mail to me where she wrote, "You are a liar" etc. But did not mentioned that she is going to commit suicide. It is not a suicide note, but a love letter, which ends upon a rough talk.
2) She sent a sms to me saying "If you don’t pick my phone I will commit suicide"
Now for last two years the case is going on in session court.
Her parents usually don’t come to court and ask for a new date via application.
I last appearance they told "My daughter told me that they Saikat has ditched me and asked me to commit suicide"
It is the opposite version of their first police statement.
Now they are not coming on the dates.
The case is almost 3 yrs old. Nothing is happening as they skipped the dates normally.
Can you suggest what should I do?
Thanks
Saikat

Hi, I am Rajashekar.
I relinquished my job as a Bank Manager after working for 26 years and now enrolled in the Bar Council of Karnataka. I am aged 50 yrs (ofcourse looking as young as a fresh graduate) and am good in communication skills and have exposure to legal matters as a bank official. I know, the role now is totally different - want to associate with a senior lawyer in Bangalore – for a living as well as to gain exposure and experience. Interested in DRT, property matters, company law, Family law, others.
section 9 of HMA
A wife has been harassed by her husband and in-laws and came back to her parental home. After some time husband has filed a petition u/s 9 of Hindu marriage act for restitution of conjugal rights. Wife without knowing about this petition filed compliant in women cell for dowry harassment. However at the time of reconciliation, he placed conditions which cannot be fulfilled by wife like wife should not do any job or wife should bring back jewellery, items etc worth 15 lacs which she has taken from their home(although she does not have any).
1) What do you think husband is trying to do?
2) Is he trying to make any ground for divorce?
3) What should wife do in order to avoid such conditions if she wants reconciliation?
Please explain in detail.
