Sir,
I have been selected for the post of Scientific Officer in a central govt. department in nov-2007 after written and a interview test. some in the selected list have already got their appointment.Two candidate immediate junior to me also got their appointment. Now the department is telling that my case is pending as there is no vacancy right now and appointment letter will be issued when any vacancy arises. Kindly guide with legal provisions.

Dear Experts,
I got valuable advises in the same forum earlier, they gave much confidence to face the false complaint filed by my wife. The complaint filed on Jan'09. We got AB from H.C. Till now no FIR registered. Is there any time limit to file FIR after complaint. Can I get the complaint quashed based on delay? In the mean time local politician approached for negotiation. can I ask for a written statement from wife stating the complaint is false,attested by a Notary Public? or asked them to withdraw the complaint and get a mistake of facts certificate from police? or any other suggestions please.

Dear Friends,
A from India transfers his shares in Private Limited Company to ABC which is a Foreign Company. They have executed a transfer deed on 1.1.2009. They have filed form FC-TRS on 10.1.2009.
What shall be the Board's Approval date to this share transfer? Can Board approve this before filing of FC-TRS? Or the Board must verify whether this Form has been filed or not?

In the colonies develpd by the develpmt. autho. in most of cases No place of temple or Masjid or church etc was left and there were living more than thousands of people in the several places , Now the colony peoples have made temples mostly by the Hindus in the parks of LDA or DDA etc .
By the judgement of HOn. SC as in news will chnage the scene and all the temples will be destructed by the Governments. or there will be some other definition of public places .
IS It violationn of fundamential right of religion in out country ?
