My grand mother owned a land. She had three children 1-son (my father) and 2 daughter. While I was in abroad, my aunt son got a certificate from the local village officer saying legal heirs for my grand mother is only two daughter and transferred the land to her wife name after getting the signature from my two aunts without notifying me. How can take legal action. Kindly advise.

Greetings,
When I was a NRI I paid 3 lacs money to one of my relatives due to his financial problem he had. He agreed to pay after 5 years. I waited patiently and he is now well off but not willing to pay. He signed blank promisory note. I approached him twice and the response is negative. What I should do the promisory note.?. Is it possible to get it?.
I appreciate your guidance.

sir
please give me some information and cases on distinguish between culpable homicide and murder?
Sir,
I would like to know the effect of the case/claim under 166 M.V.Act where the vehicle causing the accident though having a valid Insurance, the Route Permit does not stand in the name of the Insured(O.P.No.1 in the case) but stands in the name of the previous owner of the vehicle. In such a case, what would be the Insurer's liability, if any, towards the Third-Party/claimants !!

Query under Section 125 of the Companies Act, 1956
Two Agreement one Entry of Memorandum dated 26th March 2009 ( Creating charge on immovable property )and second Joint Deed of Hypothecation dated 28th March 2009 ( Creating charge on movable and immovable property ) is created by the Company for the same loan amount.
My queries
1. Whether the company has to file two different charges for securing the same amount. 2. Hypothecation deed is executed for both movable and immovable property , whether it is proper
