Privileges!? of legislators

In this era of
a) High cost of legislators
b) flood ravaged state
c) slum dog millionaire and many more expose of our country poverty (which is nothing but truth),

in assembly a Congress MLA (having vested interest) claimed a NGO used photos of school children abroad, Claimed children are to be fed and brought disrepute to the country by saying there are poor children and poverty. Government has not been mentioned as a partner of the program. (This government does not pay full amount. only subsidised value. The NGO does work in multiple States covering 10 lakh children)

A House Committee has been formed to investigate the usage of photo, collection of money, bringing disrepute to COUNTRY.

The terms of reference is not stopping only at this, it says all other NGOs in which trustees of this NGO are involved and their irregularities. (on vested interest of course)

1. Trust is not given any signed communication. secretary says that is how it will be. Resolution passed by the house etc. nothing is available.
2. anything talked about the whole issue will be violating privilege of house

1. Is it within the powers of house to form a committee and look into whatever it wants from whoever's account?

2. what are the real rights or privileges of the house committee?

3. what are the rights and how far the NGO is liable to dance to the tunes of EGO of MLA?

4. What legal actions it can take (like Writ to safe guard privacy) in this regard to safe guard its interest.

5. can NGO ask for video recording of whole proceedings? (there are apprehensions

6. All documents, resolutions etc. are out of RTI reach?

7. Can any legal proceeding be initiated for legislators wasting their valuable (our cost) time ?

regards

VLV
PS: Hope this is not breach of privilege to discuss

(Agriculture Land dispute)

(Agriculture Land dispute)
My grandfather(nanaji) get expired in Jun 2006 and my gradmother(naniji) has also expired .My nanaji has 2 son and 1 daughter.I am the son of daughter. So First I want to know can I(grandson from maternal side) claim my mother's share on my nanaji's Agriculture Land as my mother has expired?Currently my nanaji's 2 son has transfered his land in their name 8 months back i.e, after my mother death. The agriculture land was not transfered to anyone for 1 year after my nanaji's and naniji's death but after my mother death, my mamaji make it transfered to them only(as Class 1 heirs as per UP Zamidari Unmoolan ACT in which daughter doesn't have right on agriculture land ) even they didn't ask us so that we can't ask our share.

I get to know that as per HSAA -2005(Hindu Succession Amendment Act-2005)...... -----First it overrides all state laws. Am I right? As in uttranchal, they follow UP Zamidari Unmoolan ACT
As per HSAA-2005, Daughter/Married daughter will also get equal share as son on agriculture land. ----But is it mentioned anywhere that only who married after 05 Sep'09(i.e,after this ammendment act) will get same share as my case is of daughter's son(mother is not alive).I heard that if it was not clear earliar then now it has been amended but I don't know where.......

On which ground I can file civil suite and take stay on current order?
In my opinion......Point1) is valid but give me support for my Point 2)
Point1)As per HSAA -2005(Hindu Succession Amendment Act-2005)...... it overrides all state laws.
Daughter/Married daughter will also get equal share as son on agriculture land.Grandson on maternal side also come in Class 1 heir if mother is not alive.

Ponit2)Which document/act tells that date of marriage/date of birth doesn't make any sense now? Which high court/supreme court rulings we can show in court? If other lawyer raise this concern. Is there any other docs which we can also show?Pls advs that also if any.I mean any daughter whnever she married before or after this ACT will get share and/or all daughters who born before 5 Sep'2005(HSAA-2005) will get share in agriculture land if property is not partitioned till this HSAA-2005 ACT.

Your kind help is immed.requested
Thanks

Mobile subscriber is consumer??

I have a bsnl (prepaid) connection.Iin Dec.08 it had tariff voucher and while making calls, i was overcharged. I filed a complaint in this regard. Dept. didnt take any action. I filed an RTI application for the action taken report on my complaint. In reply was provided with call details and was proved that i was over charged (as per tariff). Waited for another three months but position on ground remained the same. No action.

I filed a case in consumer forum. Now the lawyer (bsnl) has supplied a copy of decision : Lawyersclubindia Civil Law News : NO TELCOM DISPUTES IN CONSUMER COURT Lawyersclubindia - Interactive Platform for Lawyers & Indian Public, Legal Help, Legal Experts, Judiciary, Judgments, Judgements, Social Network for Lawyers, Legal Community, Law and General Manager, Telecom vs M. Krishnan &Amp; Anr on 1 September, 2009 and requested to Hon. forum to dismiss the case on these grounds as i have violated agreement between BSNL and consumer (me)

Point no. 9 on the second page (http://bsnl.co.in/forms/CAF_3G_PRE_PAID.pdf)

What can be done??

Listing Agreement

pls let me know whether a board meeting is required to be called by a company for taking on rec ord limited review report where the L.R. was conducted after publishing unaudited results.

From the reading of clause 41 I understand that taking on record of LR by the board is necessary only where there is variation of 10% or more in the net profit/loss.

Pls revert.
