Hi All, am new for this forum & need help and guidance.
I live in bangalore.
Yesterday evening I and my girlfriend were walking down the street in Vijaynagar (service road, parallel to main road) holding hands. Suddenly PC(Police constable) stopped us & started to scold us very badly using filthy words. He took both of our phone numbers. Then he made me to sit in his bike and said that he will take me to police station & put some case on me!!! I was afraid & sat in his bike. After riding 1km from the destination.. he asked me for money. I said I have only 100 rupees. so he stopped the bike there & took money & went.
Pls help me. What should I do if samething repeats again. How to handle the situation???
How to get rid of them. Pls help me.
I and my girlfriend both are major. I am 25 and she is 23 years of age.
I dont even know in which category I need to post this question. Pls help me.

In an accident case the accused has been charged under 304-A, 279 of IPCs in which another person who hit the scooter died because he was without helmet and he succumbed his injries due to head injury. Initially, in the first FIR there was not witness but later on name of one witness mentioned in the second FIR. The I.O have calculatively mentioned a lot of untrue facts. The I.O has also not mentioned anywhere about recovery of helmet of both the scooterists. Please clarify whether it is mandatory or not to prepare chargesheet in a careful manner including recovery of helment etc. or not. Secondly, what are the main points for defence from the accused person required to be submitted before the Hon'ble Court.

We supplied material to a Govt Corporation. The corporation had not cleared our account. We filed Suit and got decree against the Corporation.
During execution of degree , orders were issued to attach Cash/Credit bank account of Corporation which has a LIMIT of 3.0 Crores. The bank did not honour the degree as the corporation has already overdrawn Rs. 17 Lacs from account. Corporation is still doing transaction in the account.
Please let us know if Bank can be forced to pay us our amount or bank can be asked to stop clearing the corporations outward cheques and as soon as the Overdraft is cleared they should make our payments. If so please quote some authority.

what are the documents to be filed in a consumer case at district forum?
i.e alogn with the complaint ,is required to submit the orignal(receipts/documents etc) or only xerox copies? or self attested copies?
How many copies of complaints need be submitted?

CHEQUE DISHOUNOR
WE ARE A LOWER MIDDLE CLASS FAMILY. MY FATHER (RETIRED-61 AGE) BORROWED 40000/- FROM A PERSON AND GAVE HIM TWO BLANK CHEQUES & SIGNED A BLANK STAMP PAPER ONE YEAR AGO. I HAD NO IDIA ABOUT THIS ALL AT THAT TIME. NOW THE PERSON IS DEMANDING RS.2 LACS WHICH WE CAN NOT PAY IN OUR PRESENT FINANCIAL SITUATION. WE AGREE HIM TO REPAY THE AMOUNT OF RS.40000/- WITH INTEREST AS PER BANK NORMS. BUT THE PERSON DENIED THE OFFER AND PRESENTED THE TWO CHEQUES IN MY FATHERS ACCOUNT AMOUNTING RS. 1 LAC EACH. NOW HE HAS FILED 138 AGAINST MY FATHER. NOW IS THERE ANY WAY TO SAVE MY FATHER.
