Threats

Respected sirs,

As i broke off with my previous gf for her indisciplined behaviour and previous affairs she created a lot of troubles, i managed them, now it seems she got married.Still, she torubles me with another person's help.

My friend got a call on 12.30am , a guy called her said a complaint has been filed against her by my previous gf's father since she called her once to know she is allright,on my request since prev. gf gave me a suicide plight that time.
Then it seems he stated to her,he is from customer care since he is bothered since she was a girl he was calling her,if she tells him everything about me he can save her.She told him she don't even know me as i told her before. Then it seems the guy started messaging her asking for freindship.
Since i wanted to know the motive i asked her to bear with those messages and ask him why he is doing so.Then he started saying i gave her number to him through a message and asked him to talk to her.As per my words she asked him to forward that very message that he claimed i sent to her so that she can take legal action,he said he deleted, then he started saying her abt my prev. gf as she was innocent ,i troubled her and even started flirting with my friend. She stopped talking to him asked me to do something.
i messaged him i am the eprson he needs and what he needs from me he replied with "Just to f**k u dear" to me.
Then i conversed through messgaes it was sure he was realted to my prev. gf, he started calling her at midnights.Since we r not much disturbed(as she put his number on screen) we are not bothered much.
But now i feel if i continue to leave him,he is taking advantage and disturbs a lot.Even yesterday i meesaged him to ask my prev. gf to be happy with her married life. But he called her again it seems.

I filed a grievance with central government IT ministry.grievances form online seeking assistance. Now what kind of legal action i can proceed with? I don't want to trouble my friend more by bringing her inside.
please give me suggestions that may not bring my friend's involvement. As i read in forums here just a dirty sms is enough to proceed legal action against a prson, can i take action against that message i mentioned above?

Getting remarried to the same partner

Dear All,

I am looking for a legal advice / suggestions.

I got married to a Christian girl two years back under the Hindu Marriage Act and we have been staying together. My my wife had converted into Hindu religion as per the law to get married.

We had got married without informing our parents at that point of time. My wife is still using her original name so far and hasn't changed it as yet ,as we wanted to keep our marriage a hidden truth to the world until we got consent from our parents.

Now we have disclosed it to our parents that we would like to get married. For which both of our parents have happily agreed. However they still don't have any idea that we are already married to each other. Now the question is

1. Can we re-marry again with each other.
if 'yes' is that legal? and what would
be the procedure.

2. Can my wife convert herself into
a Christian again. if yes what is
the procedure.

3. Can we re-marry under the 'special
marriage act',

4. If none of this is possible can we
register our marriage under different
marriage act or same act.

Also it would be great if anyone can suggest us any alternative solutions on this.

Thanks in advance for your support.

Thanks,
SS

498A & 307 of IPC

Sir / Mam,

My husband has harassed me for dowry physically and mentally. I didnot lodge any FIR for 6 months and was compelled to come back to my parental home. Later I wrote an application to Women Cell for reconciliation. But reconciliation failed as he demanded dowry and kept undue demands there also. I have to file an FIR in Ghaziabad as he and my inlaws started lodging false complaints against me and my father in police stations. My husband filed an aplication in Allahabad high court for stay against arrest. Court granted him stay till filing of chargesheet and sent the matter to mediation centre in Allahabad.

Plz suggest whether I should go to mediation centre or oppose to appear there as I know he will still do non sense talks there.
What are positive points and negative points of appearing there.

Section 30, Hindu Succession Act 1956

Dear sir,
Please go through the recent SC Judgement of 2009 in Shyam Lal @ Kuldeep vs Sanjeev Kumar and Others,

A male Hindu governed by Mitakashara system is not debarred from making a Will in respect of coparcenery or ancestral property under Section 30 read with Section 4 of the Hindu Succession Act 1956

Please tell me the clear cut meaning of this judgement. If property passed from grand father to father he can dispose property through will to his sons only ignoring daughter.

Eviction Ground

we are living in haryana. our tenant is not paying rent directly to us. we are claiming the rent in the court every after 1 - 2 years. In the court he is paying rent with interest and cost.

Then he started paying rent through Moneyorder.

He payed rent from jan 08 to april 08(4 months)through 1st moneyorder.

Again by 2nd money order he send rent from may 08 to aug 08 (4 months)

Again 3rd moneyorder we received was for the period of oct 08 to jan09 (4 month)

After that he become silent and didnot payed any more. (He missed / forget to pay rent for sept 08)

We filed eviction case and claimed rent from feb 09 to till date along with the rent of sept 08 in the court.

He payed the rent from feb 09 to till date with the interest only. for sept 08 he told in court that he has already payed through money order.

Now the case is pending in the court.

I want to know whether the short payment of rent is sufficient ground for the eviction of house or not.

Can anybody give me some links to similar type of case / judgement.

Regards
K D
