R/Members
I filed a crl complaint u/ss 498 A/506/406 IPC which was sent for registration of FIR & investigation u/s 156(3)crpc , in my complaint only one person was impleaded as an accused and in prayer clause, legal action was also sought against only one person.Police after investigation filed challan against five other family members of above stated accused also whereas complaionant requested legal action only only person,is police challan/investigation is legal in the eyes of law.Regards Thanx
Hon'ble members are prayed to please provide the following info urgently :-
A caveator has received the SLP from the Petitioner.
In how many days the Petitioner is duty bound to file the proof of serving the necessary document on the caveator-in-person to the Hon'ble Court ?
-If the Petitioner does not file proof - say for six months -
what are the options with the caveator as the caveator is aggrieved and wants the matter to be heard at the earliest ?
and how the court would react ?
What is the rule position in this matter ? How can it be found out ? How to proceed further, please suggest ?

My father, aged 76, expired in august this year in Delhi. He has left behind my mother, my elder brother and me. The house property they lived in delhi was in his name and he has not left any will.
Since FSI has increased, the plan is to give the house to a builder, who will reconstruct, with extra floors and give us some money by selling the extra floors. we plan to keep the ground and first floor.
As per succession law ( i believe), my mother and the two sons have to sign on the papers to the builder and should get equal share ideally.
My worry is since the property is inherited, after my mother, the ground floor - does it automatically pass on to me solely, or will my brother be entitled to an equal share in that also. This doubt is because i have read that only self acquired property can be willed. Since this ground floor will be inherited by my mother, it may not solely pass on to me, and my brother will have equal share in it.
Please let me know.
Alternatively, give me an idea to ensure an equal share of the property.
My client has received order passed by City Civil Court at Calcutta regarding Bank Loan dispute by invoking Arbitration clause from the Loan Agreement. Is this order valid. If possible can anyone give practising members contact mail or phone number from the concerned city civil court so that i can clarify my doubts.
