Completed first motion and second motion.
lawyer is saying it may take 1 month(extending day by day) to obtain divorce decree.
Query
how the divorce decree can be obtained. Is there any formalities that i neet to do. any fee required for this.

This query is with regard to the verification of a signature on a Will.
The signature of the testator and one of the witnesses are forged. The case relates to a Hindu family. What are the methods to verify these forged signature and from where it can be done ?
1)Whether the age of the paper and ink used on the Will can be ascertained by conducting forensic tests?
2)Whether a handwriting expert can verify the signature and his report be accepted in a court ?
3)By calling in a handwriting expert to verify the signature.
4)Would this be regarded as adequate proof under Sec 67 of the Indian Evidence Act?
5)If I possess other documents of the same person bearing the same signature, would that be enough to prove a signature under Sec 67?

Dear Sir,
Up to how many years the documents under The Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions Act, 1953 shall be maintained.
If any such provision is there, please prescribe the section accordingly.

Dear Sir,
One of my friend lost a criminal case in district court and also in high court. Now he approched a lawyer in delhi to enter his appeal in supreme court. The lawyer took an amount in advance for the case. My friend gave all case papers to the lawyer. Now the lawyer says that the appeal was not taken by supreme court. Now the question is how my friend can know that his lawyers did his work honestly or not? Did the lawyer try to enter the appeal?

My client has entered into an agreement to provide services in the brand name of the franchisor.They are conducting the business in the same premises as the franchisor used to conduct.Now, the franchisor has a rental aggreement with the mall authorities & it is to expire after 1 more year.Now, the mall authorities simply refuse to acknowledge my client & they have refused to give NOC for furnishing proof of address.
my client continues to pay the rent,but the receipt is in the name of the Franchisor.In such circumstances how do i furnish proof of address.The light bill & the telephone bill are in the name of Franchisor.Pls guide me.

My client is a franchisee of a reputed franchisor & he is providing taxable services in the brand name of the franchisor. Now , while filing the form of registration,what category would he fit in? Form ST-1whether service provider,service receipient,input service distributor, or any provider of taxable service.

Sir,
divorce petition was filed against my client i.e. wife for divorce under hindu marriage act 1955 for cruelty, after contesting decree was passed for divorce and also the court gave direction to return the two suitcases/stridhan of the respondent wife, even as the list of articles was filed by my cleint respondent wife, whether can you give me a citation or judgement that at the time of judgement the court has to list the articles in front of police officer or in the court that all articles listed in the petition has to be properly delivered to the wife

Ahmad was admitted in a private hospital for sugery. he was nnot charged fee because of being below poverty line. it was the policy of the hospital to render free services to those who can afford. ahmad had multiple problems. he was kept in ICU of the hospital after sugery. ICU was in separate building of the hospital and is a facility provided by the hospital administration free of charges for all patients whether prviously admitted/operated in the same hospital which maintains if or any other hospital.Ahmad died in the ICU.His legal representatives filed a complaint before the State Consumer Commission for compensation of RS:5000000/= for negligence of the doctors of that hospital that resulted in the death of Ahmad.
