hindu,my wife deserted me one year ago.now i am living together with an un married girl with her parents consent wothout marriage.now my wife wants to file a adultry case on me.how she can file case on me?though giving complaint in the police station?or through lawyer?can police interfere in the adultry cases or in investigation?

i am hindu.i am living together with a widow after one year of my wife desertion.presumption can be made in a bigamy case?there is no record evidence or eye witness of my second marriage.it is the only society presuming that we are married couple?is this circumstances enough to prove a bigamy case?is my second wife also punishable under bigamy?(she knows my first marriage before we married).what type of evidences the court can be consider?presumption?circumstancial evidence?oral?by the society of living together?or any other material evidences?

What do you mean by TDS is it really a tax and what is purpose cutting the TDS from salary of the employee.

My client was came ito agreement of sale a house property. The earnest note was executed in 1981 in favour of my client
since then the property is in posession of my client
No sale Deed has yet executed...
The seller died in 2008 and his son applied for mutation the property in hs name
What Shall I have to be done that I live their since 1981 and I have only a Earnest note

That the cheque issued to my client is dishonour, whereas my client provide me 3 addresses of the accused and I am sending the 3 notices at three different places
Now, the remark of post Dept. on 2 notices is as "addressee left" & "Unclaimed"
And about the third notice I had not received the acknowledgment yet I had make complaint to the postal authority they told me that shortly they will confirm..
My question shall I wait for their reply or to proceed further on the remark of Unclaimed ////
