If family court judge rejects a perjury application of crpc 340 then which court will be the appellate court in such situations because family court judge assumed to equal as district judge so where to appeal and which section ?

My parents who are senior citizens are buying a house in Gurgaon sector 52 ardee city on GPA basis. Colony is authorised but In a plot size of 300 sq yard, two separate 150 sq yard plots were made and on each plot 3 floors are there. My parents are buying one ground floor. Property cannt be registered so has to go through GPA. What precautions should They take while purchasing so that there is no problem in future. As they are senior citizen, would not be able to tolerate losses. This person from whom property is being purchased is 2nd owner and had bought from original owner. What document we should ensure while purchasing.

I am a girl and working in a software company with two years of bond. I joined in that company recently and I submitted the original documents. Now I don't want to continue in that company. And I don't want to pay the money either. Is there any way I can break the bond without paying money?

I have been issued major penalty charge sheet under D&AR rules in Railway department . But charge sheet issued me is in English language but my mother tongue is Marathi so I can properly understand Marathi though I am graduate person. So can I have right to ask the charge sheet in Marathi or hindi language?

1. My interim maintainence under crpc 125 has been granted..evidence for 125 is in progress..now I have started making payment to wife..my question is if i file divorce ..will my wife be able to claim maintainence again in hma 24.. can you please advise which is the maintaince is worst affected for men ..
2. my wife is well educated but is not earning .. my child is 1.5 years old.. can she use this excuse that as child is small 1.5 years she cannot earn..is this reasonable excuse or I can counter it..she is living with her parents..

Neighbor's dog nuisance
Dear Sir/Madam,
I have 72 yrs old mother and 6 months old new born baby in my family. We are facing nuisance and health issues because of neighbor's dog kept and tied near by our flat door. We are absolutely not able to keep our door open at all as afraid of getting my family members health infected because of the dog. My mother was admitted and kept in an ICU in the month of Sept 2017 as her chest infection, affected her lungs. As they are keeping the dog on the way to our home, our visitors are also afraid of the dog. Many times we have requested neighbor family to keep their pet dog inside their home but they keep ignoring and always quarreled with us. Couple of times I have made complaints to muncipal corporation and they have visited the place and issued a notice to neighbor. But still they are ignoring and keeping their dog near by our flat door and on the way to our home. Also the neighbor family is from criminal background.
Can you please provide the advice to get the ride trouble facing from neighbor's dog.
