Greetings to All,
A friends sister from Pune India has done her HSC with 46% marks in the year 2003. After that just done external courses in Tally and Photoshop etc.
She must be approx. 25 years of age. She is inetersted in pusuing Law. Kindly guide as to if she can do Law externally at this position and if yes then where does one have to apply. Also if it can be done externally, then how many years course would it be and where would the exams have to be given. Also would this be recognized as the same as other advocates/lawyers allowed to practice whether under a senior or seperate.
This answer would help me in helping someone I could educate.
Regards
Atish

My husband died last year . He purchased a flat in his own name and registration was not done before his death. I am told that In my husband's absence I have 1/4th share, the other shares being held ny my 2 minor daughters & my mother-in-law. Now my mother-in-law wants to give her share in favour of my 2 daughters under the condition that the flat cannot be sold until my younger daughter reaches 21 yeras of age. Now my queries are:
1. How should this tranfer be done?
2. once the transfer is done can I register the flat in my & my daughters' name?

Dr. S.V.Shinde,
202, Indraprasth Apartment, Indraprasth Nagar, Nanded. (M.S.)
Cell No.:- 09422170185
I am working as an assistant teacher in Yeshwant (junior) college, Nanded (Full grant) run by Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded
As per Advertisements of Lectures in Chemistry (Senior College) of Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded I applied for both the colleges i.e. one for fully granted Yeshwant College, Nanded (one post) second partly granted Indira Gandhi College, CIDCO, Nanded (two posts). Both the colleges run by Shri Sharda Bhavan Education Society, Nanded. The institution issued only one single call letter for personal Interview. Nothing was mentioned in the call letter whether I was called for granted or partly granted post.
My academic score was 214.66. I was the topper in the academic score. I faced personal interview and could satisfy the expectations of the panel members of the interview. I secured 25 out of 50 marks in personal interview. My total score was 239.66.
The other candidates who were my competitors lagged behind me in personal score.
But when appointment letters were issued I was shocked to know that the selected candidate who got III preference by the interview panel (personal score = 161.5 and 48 marks in personal interview = 209.5) was given appointment in fully granted college and I am given appointment in partly granted college.
It is my question to you whether it is legally proper.
I seek your guidance in this regard.
Sincerely
Dr. S.V.Shinde

If a marriage certificate is issued without solemnisation taking place before or after the date of issue in the absence of the boy...then does the girl have any legal right over the boy or his income?
Which section's under the law can the boy use to cancel the invalid marriage certificate?

I brought a property in 2003 using a bank loan from Citybank and then moved the balance transfer to ABN Amro. During these transactions I did’t have any issues then now when I’m trying to move the BT to another bank am running into few issues as below.
The bank asked for the EC’s right from 1986 when the actual property was allocated to the previous owner. Now that when I’m checking the EC I find the previous owner had mortgaged the property sometime in 1989, he had also taken about 13.5 lacs of loan of which I’m able to track repayment for only 7.5 lacs. Then not able to track for the remaining amount. What are the legal implications for all this keeping in mind these questions.
1) The property was brought in 2003 : its been close to 7 yrs now.
2) I find the property was mortgaged in 1989, the last payment was in 2003 (as per EC), this bank has hence gone bust and was taken over by another bank in Feb 26, 2007
3) I have all the original documents : All deposited with ABN AMRO (the bank with which I have my current bank loan)
4) No bank has approached me so far for any dues
5) EC has entries marked as DTD for about 5.5 lacs that do not have any receipt (Payment).
6) The latest EC, I took from BDA (Bangalore Development authority) as of 1st march 2010 , has the last entry marked as sale transferring the property to my name(2003).
Questions
1) Now that it’s been close to 7 yrs will the bank get back to me to make the payment? I understand it’s hard to make comments here, would help with few suggestions, will help if you can explain in plain English like the usual bank procedure.
2) Since the loan was taken by the previous owner, the chances are if there was a case registered it would be against the previous owner, then would not I have heard about this in last 7 years. I understand it’s tough to answer this too, but would help if you can give few suggestions.
3) Since I have not been notified so far can I use the 3 yrs timeframe window to bail myself. This is again assuming that the bank has not filed any case against the previous owner.
4) Since the entries in EC say DTD, should not the lending bank be having the original documents and its apparent that they don’t and I have, can I use this clause to fight the case if at all they come back on this issue?
5) Would it be wise to go back to the bank and inquire if there are any balance to be paid?.
Thanks a lot for answering the questions.
Association of Persons
An AOP was formed on 01.04.2005 by virtue of a un terminatable lease deed for 25 years . It contained two
individuals father and son, Father died.
The lease deed contain a clause that it cannot be terminated by any means.
It means that now surviving son will be the leassor.
But son wants to continue the AOP taking his son in place of his father
My question are :
What will be the Fate of that AOP do we have to surrender the PAN No. alloted previously and apply the new Pan No.
or there will be only rectification of PAN
