mY FRIEND AND HIS WIFE WITH A CHILD LIVED TOGETHER FOR ONLY 2 YEARS. THEREAFTER DUE TO MISUNDERSTANDING WIFE LEFT AND MY FRIEND IS ALONE NOW. THEY HAVE NOT MET SINCE 8 YEARS. MY FRIEND PURCHASED A PLOT AND CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE ON IT BY AVAILING HOUSING LOAN FROM A NATIONALISED BANK. HE WANTS TO DISPOSE OFF THE PROPERTY. THE BUYER IS DEMANDING THAT WIFE AND THE CHILD IF NOW MAJOR BOTH TO SIGN AS A CONSENTING WITNESS. ONE LAWYER OPINED SINCE THE PROPERTY IS PURCHASED WITH THE INCOME OF MY FRIEND HE CAN DISPOSE OFF THE SAME FOR WHICH CONSENTING WITNESS NOT REQUIRED. WHAT IF THE BUYER COMPLETES THE DEAL AND SUBSEQUNTELY WHETHER THE WIFE AND THE CHILD AFTER HIS BECOMING MAJOR DEMAND MONEY OR PROPERTY FROM THE BUYER. WHAT ARE THE LEGAL CONSEQUENCES AND REMIDIES. We received an a copy of excise exemption certificate from Govt undertaking. On confirmation our excise range told original is needed. Now we have despatched the consignment with a xerox copy. The govt. undertaking states that they are not able to trace the original and we too are not having the same. Please confirm whether we need to submit the original to excise range or xerox copy will do. Also please advice how we can go about in this issue. If provision exists for this issue, please give the legal support for the same.It is very urgently needed and I will be eagerly waiting for a reply soon please.

Under What circumstances Court intervenes in a Public Interest matter and takes suo moto action? Who is empowered to take decision or direct any Public Authority to act non-detrimental to Public Interest. Please attach copy of precedents if our learned brothers have in their hard disks. My gross income is 263248/-
I have got arrear of 19484/-
this year's salary p tax is 1540 and differential ptax for arrear is 240 and differential PF of arrear is 984/-
my total savings under sec 80C is 5714+7500+14236+10100+4800
My previous year's income was 161874 with 9tax of 1320 and savings of 7500 only. Please tell me the tax payable with the relief of section 89(1)

What is the procedure in DV Act about exemption of complainant or respondant and bail of respondant. Whether bail or exemption is necessary, if no How ? Please refer the provision or citation if any.

Which document one has to draft for the distribution of the property?
One father has been owning one bunglow and he has three sons . first is mentally retarded and other two are also staying with him. Second son wants to stay with the parent. but third son wants to purchase another bungalow. Second son has agreed to finance the third son.
Now father wants to transfer his bunglow to second son.
which document that father should prepare mentioning above facts.

In one case my relative is facing one case of attempt to murder and for the last couple of months he is evading arrest.Now yesterday he was arrested and was put to jail without putting him before a magistrate.please tell me what we cd do as the case is only a conspiracy hatched for monetary benefits.In which court we can appeal for Bail and what is the minimum period(chargesheet) we can appeal in court.

A PURCHASES A PROPERTY. A WAS IN POSSESSION AND ENJOYMENT AND DIED INTESTATE LEAVING HIS WIFE AND 3 SONS. AT THE LIFE TIME OF THE A, HE HAS GOT GRAND SONS THROUGH THE SONS. NO PARTITION HAS TAKEN PLACE IN BETWEEN THE WIFE AND SONS. WHETHER THE GRAND SONS ARE HAVING RIGHT OVER THE GRAND FATHER'S PROPERTY ALONG WITH THE RESPECTIVE FATHERS.
