i have taken a flat in galaxy hts link rd goregaon ,it has been built under SRA project .the problem is that it has been almost 6 yrs since the bldg has been constructed but the the builder has still not built the compound wall .he keeps on promising of late he has stopped meeting the members also because of the absence of the boundry wall people from the sra bldg constantly tresspass our bldg creating lot of nusiance & friction with the society members pl advice us as to weather how can we solve this issue .as it has caused considerable stress to all of us

ONE OF MY CLIENT WHO HAVE POWER OF ATTORNEY OF RESIDENTAL HOUSE IN HIS NAME AND HIS ELDER BROTHER’S NAME JOINTLY WHICH WAS EXECUTED BY HIS FAHER AND MERRIED SISTER (PROPERTY WAS IN THE NAME OF HIS MOTHER WHO IN NOT ALIVE).
FATHER REMARRIED AND LIVING SEPARATELY.
SISTER IS ALSO MARRIED.
NOW FATHER AND SISTER BOTH CAME TO MY CLIENT THREATENED HIM AND EXPELLED FROM THE HOUSE.
ALL ORIGINAL PAPERS ARE LYING WITH MY CLIENT NOW BOTH FATHER AND SISTER ASK THE ORIGINAL PAPERS FROM MY CLIENT.
1) WHAT SHOULD HE DO NOW KINDLY SUGGEST.
2) ATFTER THE DEATH OF THE MOTHER OF MY CLINET THEY SHOULD HAVE FILED FOR SUCCESSION CERTIFICATE.
3) POWER OF ATTORNEY IS VOID OR NOT.
4) CAN FATHER AND SISTER WITHDRAW THE POWER OF ATTORNEY.
KINDLY SUGGEST.

I HAVE APPLIED FOR SERVICE TAX ONLINE REGISTRATION.
I WANT TO AMEND THE PARTICULARS ALREADY SUBMITTED.
CAN I AMEND THE SAME IN THE SAME LOGIN ID OR SHOULD I SURRENDER THE REGN NO. AND APPLY FOR FRESH REGN.
WHAT SHOULD I DO KINDLY ADVISE.

Sarfaesi 13(2) issued and subsequent possession u/s 13(4) taken by affixing notice. No paper publication of possession notice has been made within limitation. I am in the midst of filing my application before the DRT. Now, the Bank issues a 'Fresh Notice' u/s 13(2). The Bank has not withdrawn the first notice or have not re-conveyed possession of my property. Can the Bank issue a second notice when the limitation for my application before the DRT is still in force for me to get my property re-conveyed? Is it not some kind of lis pendence or circumvention of my fundamental rights?

i have done restitution of conjugal rights against my wife which is decided in my favour.my wife is getting maintanence from me and she has charged false charges of impotency and cruelty against me as she has no proof her charges were considered wrong. now i want to know what defamation i can get if i file a case of defamation. can i also report in police .please suggest me the ways i can punish her as she has harrased me for five years,

Can a director of a Pvt. Ltd. Co. In which chairman of nagar palika is also a director enter into a tender process and if he enters then what are the consequences?

maintenance under section 125
Sir, I would like to know abt the maintenance under section 125 of CRPC. I got married on March-08. My wife is not living with me since December 08 (more than one year). She is under the misguidance of her Family. She is well qualified and did M.A ENG & Political & B.Ed from a reputed institute I made all efforts to come back social & Legal I filed a sec. 9 a comp. in Aug 09 after that they impose false allegation of dowry & DOM VOL. & filed a case of maintence under section 125 CRPC IN IT She demanded INR 25000 PM What can I do to avoid maintance . Plz suggest me.There is no issue.
