Hi Team,
Firstly, I would like to thank all the experts for taking out time & sharing the facts with people like us, who are completly cueless about such legal actions.
Here's my Query:
I had few credit cards (5-6) approx 3-4yrs back & I ended by settling all the cards (as my financial condition was not that strong, I have all settlement & No due certifictaes) however post that I have not been able to take any loans or cards.
At present by god's grace I have a good job & a good salary & a zero EMI on my name, however still if I apply for a card/loan I get a reply that my credit history is bad/negative
I've also sent the details to cibil, for sharing my credit report (its been 2-3weeks) I haven't received any response
Need the experts suggestions as how can i get this rectified?
Thank you!
regards,
Puneet

Sir,
A will executed by mother is filed in the lower court claiming entire property of brother with a fabricated will. In the particular will the name of the legal heir is left out and not mentioned.
When the same will came for examination and produced in lower court in the cross examination sister claimed that her brother along with mother (testator) and with other members not related to the family were present at the time of execution of will when in fact brother and mother were not present and they were in another city. Further she claimed that her mother before putting the signature insisted that her son should sign the will then only she will sign the will but her sign refused to sign the will and left the place afterwards her mother put the signature on the will in the presence of other witnesses. I am only one son of my mother and legal heir to my mother. The will was created with an intention to grab the entire property
What effect it will produce on my case and what will be my defence. How can I prove my innocence to the will. Can I be able to claim my property at least equal share.
Please advise.
Thanking you,
M.S.

A person has many immovable properties and shares and stocks in the form of proprietor firms, partnership firms, private ltd companies and also other land and buildings with only his share in these properties alongwith the other siblings. He wantas to make a Will for these all properties and shares that are in his name. Should he provide a schedule of properties mentioning the entire description of his share in the properties or only a general clause is sufficient stating that "all my properties standing in my name after my death shall be bequeathed by my children". Please help.
