We have filed writ petition in Mumbai High Court against an order passed by Sr Divn Court in Pune. The petition in high court is due for admission on 09.06.10. However in the lower court/ sr divn court in Pune the defendents are pressurising and asking the court to fix a date and give order on interim injunction (nishani 5) .The date fixed is 03.05.10. we are arguing that since the writ petition is filed in high court the lower court should stay the proceedings or wait for some time. Whether we can pray to the lower court that since the writ petition is filed in high court please give us adjuranment of date or stay the proceedings. Is there any provision in the act on this subject. Or any decided case law or judgement on the subject matter.
Kindly guide us urgently Since the date fixed by lower court is 03.05.10

Can any one guide me, I have given house on rent, I have to do live & license agreement with tenant. I have purchased Stamp paper in my name (owner) & written down on stamp paper.
Is it mandatory to register with live & license agreement as per law?
We are living in Maharashtra Akola District
If yes, then how much amount I have to pay for registration?

Dear Sir,
I got a summon from Metropolitian Magistrate, Dwarka,Delhi for 138 N.I.Act for non-payment of Barclay Personal Loan Installment. What should I do as I have already emailed to the Banker that I have a heavy loss in Share Market and can not afford the EMI of the Bank. The agent called me almost every month to settle the amount and use abusive language and threatning me. Kindly help me how could I solve this matter, as I am not in a position to pay any amount.

is any statutory notice of Demanding payment within 15 Days from the date of Notice. (pls give n e judgement if it is less then 15 days)
In demand notice party has to be demand the amount of cheque bounce. if not demand then what will happened. (pls give n e judgement if no demand is made out in notice.)

sir,
one of the my friend doing a traveling agency, he has made registration at labour commissioner, is he require to take any other registration from sub registrare for confirmation of that agency registration, because in labour commissioner office he had this information,
i also dont know under which Act he took a ragistration, this is in bangalore,

sir,i am one of the plot owners of B in ABC .plot owner of C constructed a house in BC half portion in B and half portion in C.when i demands the plot value he refused to do so or to take the entire plot .what is the legal remedy for me? can i demand for compensation or can i file a case for demoltion of the porton which he constructed the house in my plot?the matter is with in 3 years and plot has been regd. long back by me but plot owner C is purchesed 5 years back.
