i am for the complainant. i have filed a 138 case in kurla metropolitan court for 6 lakh rupees. summons was issued to the accused with was return back saying the door of accused house is closed. thereafter the hon'ble court was please to issue a bailable warrant which was came back with the same report as the summons came back after this a N.B.W was issued against the accused which also came back. now the question is the house in which the accused is staying is not his. i think so he must have bribe the concern police so they are giving such report.so please guide me what to do in such sitution. contact 9892115025

I AM HAVING A PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANY REGISTERED UNDER COMPANIES ACT 1956 HAVING 4 DIRECTORS, BY RESOLUTION OF BOARD TWO DIRECTORS ARE ALLOWED TO OPERATE BANK ACCOUNTS. DUE TO CERTAIN DISPUTES BETWEEN DIRECTORS TWO OF THE DIRECTORS WHO WERE NOT ON SIGNING LIST GAVE AN APPLICATION TO THE DEALING BANK & ASKED TO MODIFY ACCOUNT & MAKE IT NO DEBIT ACCOUNT. WHETHER BANK CAN MODIFY ACCOUNT IN SUCH SITUATION WITHOUT TAKING APPROVAL OF BOARD IF NO WHAT REMEDIES ARE AVAILABLE TO COMPANY & DIRECTORS.

Respected sir, can in andhrapradesh agricultural land cealing act1975, minor sons get his right full exemption in the said act ? to equal rights as their parents,got 1 unit exempted from cealing and at that time the minor sons was not claimed their rights can they get it now, their equal shares ? kindly give me suzessation .thanking you sir.

Dear Experts , here is one problem arised to my colleague ,his land was fraduantly soldeded by his brothers actually the said lands was joint patta un-divided lands was inherited by peternal grand fathers to my collleauges father as pattedar . By ignorence of law the said property was soldeded by my colleagues brothers ,with out intimation to my colleauge ,and solded out the joint patta -agricultural lands 20 years back ,on sada bi-nama on white papers ,with out metts and bounds can it is valid? now in pahanees both brothers are still now as been recorded as joint-pattedars ,in revenue records , here is one another litigation arised the entire landed properties are my colleagues fathers two brothers un -divided properties still date ,and it had inherited to my colleague and his brothers as joint properties . kindly give me suzesstion ,on this problem ,thanking you sir ,

My uncle expired in the month of Sep2009, served almost 36 years with Health Department under Punjab Government. Kindly suggest which payments(like ex gracia, PF, gratuity etc) will be released to the family and what will be the procedure. Kindly confirm the basis of calculations for those payments, kindly suggest..

I have a query that there are 2 person A and B , A sells his land in favour of B and B gets his name registered or mutated in the land records(KHATUONI), few years later again B sells the same land back to A with registered sale deed but this time A didnt get his name registered or mutated(KHATUONI) in land records but the registered sale deed is there again few yrs later A sells the land to C and C get his name mutated in records so now the khautoni entry says:-
1. A sells to B
2. B sells to A (missing in khautoni)
3. sells to C
My question:-
1. what is the ultimate proof of sale (registered deed or mutation records)
2. Is mutation of land compulsory or owners choice

3 months ago I have given cash money to one of friend.
He has given me one cheque during that time post dated one.
Later when i ask him he started giving me execuses and not pickup the phone.
he also given me bearer check but that also not useful as bank says there is no balance
now he is refusing to give money and pick up my phone and threaten
what should i do
